Bedrooms: 4 Bedroom 1 – King size bed, ensuite bath, fireplace and mantel, and two end tables with table lamps. Bedroom 2 –King size bed, ensuite bath with double vanity, bedside table, and reading lamps. Bedroom 3 – Queen size bedroom with two queen beds, large ensuite bath, reading lamps, upholstered side chairs, large closet. Queen bed, ensuite bath, end table with lamp, and reading lights. Bedroom 4 – Third floor accessible by spiral stairway, king bed, ensuite bath, two single beds, end tables with lamps, two writing/computer/make up desks with mirrors, side chairs, reading lights. Great space for kids or escape from guests below!
Bathrooms: 5 Marble and quartz top vanities (some with multiple sinks) large pedestal sinks, deluxe showers with rain shower heads plus handhelds in each shower. All bathrooms are ensuite and supplied with fluffy towels and full supply of toiletries.
Living Room: Comfy sofa, upholstered swivel chairs, fire place, mantel, great art and natural light.
Kitchen: Fully stocked, combination Keurig drip /pod coffee maker, all the small gadgets.
Dining Area: Beautiful wood table opens to living room and kitchen.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

Great spot in Charleston. This rental is convenient to restaurants and shopping and a great location. Property is clean, well maintained and dog friendly. The property manager Jamie was extremely helpful.
This was the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Furniture and artwork beautiful. The grounds are lush! There’s seating around a small fountain, seating around fire pits, the grounds are so clean. We will definitely rent this place again.

We loved our stay in Charleston. We had 5 couples with us and this house was perfect! They thought of everything! We enjoyed the outdoors pace and convenience to all that Charleston has to offer. Only complaint was the water pressure in the showers.
The house was perfect for a birthday celebration with nine women, plenty of space to vacation comfortably. The front porch was a great place to relax and catch-up with friends. The location was ideal to walk to shopping and dining. Highly recommend for future celebrations.

Everything was as advertised very clean very convenient very comfortable so many small amenities provided need to buy a thing. The parking was convenient and easy. The outside facilities were as nice as the inside we loved the veranda, and we loved the patio with the fountain and the fire pit.
We had a wonderful three nights at this property over New Year's Eve. The house was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The management was on site and very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood had wonderful restaurants and everything in walking distance. We didn't need a car during our stay and found it very conveniently located. All in all a perfect getaway to Charleston and would definitely stay here again!!

We had 11 adults staying for 7 days 6 nights and everything was perfect. Our family was using it as the base camp for our annual vacation, but it ended up being a feature. Highly recommend this unit and the other related/connected units. It didn't stop with just the home. Accommodating 11 people required many questions prior to arrival and once we were on site and Jamie was on top of it. The responsiveness was reassuring and appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay at Adams Bennett. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. Great location, easy check in, and exactly like the pictures. We didn’t get to use the beautiful outdoor space as it rained the entire weekend. Thankfully they even had umbrellas for us which made walking around Charleston easier. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This 5 BR/5 BA home exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, the courtyard was so great for our group to enjoy happy hour and the end of our evening. The bedrooms and baths were all great for our 5 couples. The porches were great too and even the artwork was great. We are out for every meal so having just a small dining area was no issue for us. Would 💯 recommend!
The location and parking pass was great! Having restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby were a plus. The CART stop was two blocks away which we used daily.
There are several steps to the living quarters. The living room area was hard for 10 girls to comfortably sit and visit. We did love the outside area
Lots of outdoor space to sit together; however, many people use the space and it can get crowded. We also had a porch for seating most of us. Living room was pretty small compared to how it looked on line. I was not aware that we had to use a stairwell going to the second floor - I don't know if I missed that or it wasn't clear on the booking; I thought we were on the main floor, plus a room on the second. No outside stairwell to 3rd floor bedroom; had to use the spiral staircase inside. Shower on 3rd floor is very tiny. Water pressure and hot water in showers in most rooms was not good. The kitchen worked well for us, although we had to eat in the living room or outside because of seating. The bedrooms are very large and very pretty. Location and parking are good - about one mile from downtown. Property manager was very helpful. Instructions for checkout are very clear and useful.
This place exceeded our expectations. So many bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. Conveniently located. Extraordinarily comfortable beds, living spaces and patio. Seriously, we were all blown away.
Had an amazing time on my daughters bachelorette trip in Charleston and this place added so much to the experience. Being one street over from King Street was perfect and allowed us to relax and unwind. The courtyard is also so beautiful! Jamie was so quick and pleasant when responding to our questions. We hope to be back to Charleston soon and would love to stay here again!
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of wonderful. The host was very accommodating letting us leave our bags in the entryway as we got in much earlier than check in time. She also let us check in as soon as it was ready. The house is very clean, modern amenities, beautiful decorations all with the southern charm! The bathrooms and layout could not be beat! Every girl (12) could not stop talking about how wonderful the house was. Would definitely stay here again!
I could not have been happier with my stay, we had 12 people in the house and every one had a bedroom. There are 5 showers which was great too, lots of fridge space. We didn’t have to take any Ubers all weekend because it was walking distance from all of King Street. I would definitely book again!
I couldn't recommend this property more. It was expertly run, had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay and the communication was amazing. The actual space was impeccable, clean, decorated well and extremely comfortable. We had 6 girls for our trip and each person got their own rooms with their own bathroom. I highly recommend staying here!
We loved the accommodations. So many areas to sit and just catch up, have a drink, and soak up the ambiance. Every room came equipped with a sound machine so we all slept like babies. Would absolutely stay here again!
Spacious enough for a multi-generational family of 7, 5 full bathrooms with top-flight amenities (just bring your toothbrush), exceptionally clean, enjoyable to be in when you have downtime, parking for 2 vehicles (very important in Charleston), close to the feature places in Charleston, many within a comfortable walk. In other words, it checks off all the boxes.

This building received the Carolopolis Award for historic preservation in 1999 and belongs to a collection of important, historic buildings. Not all the buildings that you see photographed are of equal quality.
The Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood has become the hottest, most vibrant area in town. The list of popular restaurants is amazing. The Grocery, Indaco, Chez Nous, Wild Flour Bakery, The Macintosh, Sugar Bake Shop, Cannon Green, Goulette Bistro, D'Alessandros Piazza, Fuel, The Darling Oyster, Stellas are in walking distance. You can find anything that suits your fancy just StepsAway from SaintPhilipSquare!
There are also shops and boutiques in walking distance-- West Elm, Beads on Cannon, Filigree, Mac and Murphy, Indigo and Cotton. There are day spas, salons and nearby yoga studios.
