Small holiday house with an area of 40m2, in the park of Royan, in a quiet alley, small terrace.
The house is suitable for a couple with 1 child, the house is composed of two small rooms with 1 bed of 140 cm for the room of the parents and a supperposés bed for the children, a living room kitchnette, room of bath with shower.
This house has been completely renovated in 2017.
It is located near the tennis court and the beautiful park in a green setting.
Close to the large beach of the large conch or it is accessed on foot through green paths and with beautiful house, the park market is close with its bakery a supermarket open daily and late.

Petit séjour à Royan
J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maisonnette. Tout était bien rangé et propre. Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et m’ont bien accueillie. Le quartier est très calme et le voisinage très courtois. Je recommande !
