das haus ist in einwandfreiem zustand und alles sauber gereinigt.vieles wurde bereits renoviert. bei weiteren erneuerungsschritten sollte allerdings auch mal an die kueche gedacht werden. geschirr, besteck und weitere kuechenutensilien sind etwas sehr in die jahre gekommen und koennen nicht mir der ansonsten modernen einrichtung mithalten.an den fenstern haetten wir uns mueckengitter gewuenscht. dies haette unseren aufenthalt wesentlich angenehmer gemacht. auch einen ventilator haetten wir uns bei diesen hohen temperaturen gewuenscht.der parkplatz ist etwas sehr eng, und wenn die benachbarten wohnungen belegt sind kann ein-/ausparken mit langen fahrzeugen zur herausforderung werden.die garage ist ideal fuer's abstellen der fahrraeder.

La location est conforme à l'annonce. Le logement est propre, calme et bien équipé. La conciergerie La Loge d'Alexa est accueillante, réactive et assure un suivi de qualité, ce qui est très appréciable.Le seul petit bémol concerne le jardin : il n'y a pas d'ombre entre 14 h et 19 h 30. Il n'y a ni parasol ni arbre, seulement une petite pergola entre deux murs, ce qui ne permet pas du tout de profiter de l'extérieur aux heures les plus chaudes.
