This is a beautiful fully furnished 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit with all of the comforts of home. There is a beautiful club house, elevator access to the unit, exercise room and resort like community pool, spa and hot tub. The unit has everything you need to have an amazing stay including High Speed internet, 3 Smart Tv's, Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Dryer, microwave, Refrigerator with Ice maker, Washer & Dryer. This rental also includes the use of beach chairs, cooler, towels & linens. Walk in closets in each bedroom. Come and escape your everyday and enjoy the Florida sun! We take pride in ownership. We have taken measures to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. A private property manager is available should any issues arise.

Great Naples Location

Naples NEVER disappoints!!

We stayed 2 months (January-February) at Debra’s condo at Positano in Naples. It was wonderful! Debra was super responsive to all of our questions snd the condo was perfect for us. We will definitely return!! Loved our winter vacation!

Everything about this condo was AWESOME!!!

From the planning stage to arrival and throughout our stay Debra was very communicative and accommodating! The condo was perfect, literally had everything we needed and more. The location in North Naples was close to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment and conveniently located off of 75 for the many day trips we took throughout our month long stay. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience! We will most certainly return and highly recommend staying here! Thank you Debra for going above and beyond for us! We truly appreciate it!

First time in Naples

I stayed in this condo for 3 months Jan – March. It was a very comfortable, spacious two bedroom condo with a nice screened in lanai with a view of a pond with a fountain. The condo has two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage in both bedrooms. There is a walk in closet attached to both bedrooms stocked with plenty of hangers. The condo kitchen was fully equipped and I cooked my meals on most days. The condo is also stocked with beach stuff like chairs, beach toys, etc. though I did not use it. The condo is located in a gated community with nice grounds. There is a beautiful, heated pool at 82 degrees or above. I was able to swim laps in the pool starting right after I moved in in January. Even though the location is in a busy area, it is very quiet in the property. Everything you would want like grocery store, COSTCO, Walmart and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. Beaches are withing 20 minutes and public golf courses within 30-40 minutes. Marco Island is within 40 minutes. Communication with the owner during the entire renting process and stay went smoothly. Debra was prompt in responding to any requests, though nothing really went wrong during my stay requiring her intervention. Check in and check out was smooth and painless. The only negative was that the condo contains property belonging to the owners. As a single guest, this did not cause much of a problem. I just moved stuff around to make room for me. But a larger group may find it a little inconvenient.

Clean, bright, & comfy condo

My husband and I stayed here for the full month of April and found the condo very clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. Its two master suites on opposite ends of the unit would make it ideal for two couples also. The closets are huge and there were 3 modern tv’s as well as cards & games provided. There is a Sunday farmers market within a quarter mile that we visited weekly for fresh produce, and the complex is conveniently located for access to any kind of shopping & restaurants you might need. There is a beautiful pool area in the complex that we also enjoyed. The clubhouse had many amenities and activities but the weather was so nice that we ended up doing more outdoor things like visiting the beaches. Debra’s condo had all the beach gear we needed ( chairs, towels, cooler), and even more for kids. Debra was very responsive whenever we had a question and there wasn’t a single thing she hadn’t already provided for.

Hi, I am a New Jersey resident who loves Florida. I am a licensed attorney and adjunct professor. I really hope you love our condo and enjoy it as much as we do. We love Naples and try and visit as much as possible! There is so much to do and see including of course our beaches, golf courses, shopping and fine dining. You must visit the Naples Pier, 3d Street, 5th Ave and Mercato during your stay. Be sure to check out the Naples Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

We love our unit for its location. We are right in the middle of all of the action. We are close enough to the beach, a short drive and lots of golfing, dining and shopping! Naples has something for everyone. Our place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to feel right at home.
