Herritage Bay is a pristine golf development. The championship golf course offers 27 challenging holes designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The course and community are nestled in a tranquil nature preserve with numerous lakes and palm trees. The fully furnished 3rd floor condo will give you a fantastic view of the beautifully manicured 16th hole. Watch the golfers or the wildlife in the pond from the screened-in lanai or large bay windows of the dinette. Or read the newspaper and watch free cable TV in the nicely decorated spacious living room.

The Kitchen is loaded with modern stainless steel appliances, elegant counter tops and cabinetry, and tile throughout. The luxury condo will provide you with all the comforts of home including internet access, a washer and dryer, master and guest bathrooms, walk-in closet and cozy Floridian living room. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. A large locked storage unit is located just down the hall from the condo unit so bring your bikes, golf clubs and swim toys. There are no stairs to climb with easy elevator access to all floors.

Take it easy at the pool located just across the street from the condo or if you prefer to indulge in some physical activity take a long walk or short bike ride to the CLUB HOUSE! Here you will find a grand pool with hot tub, state of the art fitness center, aerobics room, tennis courts and of course the awesome golf course. The instructors and pros are there to help you.

The condo was beautiful with lots of amenities! It was easy and pleasant booking our stay. The pool area was definitely a hit with the kids. Enjoyed being close to shopping, restaurants, and having access to a beach just down the road. Loved the peace of mind staying in such a wonderful gated community. Would love to stay again sometime! Heritage Bay

The property was as described and clean and well stocked. Getting TEE times in February can be difficult due to it being peak season. The only reason we would not return is because of the distance to the beaches.

Condo is everything that previous reviewers have noted and the owners will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. This a real VRBO - not some rental agency posting their listing on VRBO. We would not hesitate to rent again or recommend this unit to our friends.

The complete package: great location, great golf, great owners.

We fell in love with Heritage Bay and we could not have stayed in a better condo. This Brookside model gives you a two-sided lanai to enjoy the southern and western views of the golf course, including wonderful sunsets. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will ever need. The owners were a joy to deal with and quick to return our security deposit. We are recommending this unit to our friends and family.
