Recent and well equipped house of 115 m2 located on the large island offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Recent wooden construction in a quiet dead end, 200m from the beach and the customs road, with sea view from the floor (terrace).
It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor you will find an entrance with cupboard, a large living room with fitted and well equipped kitchen, a master suite and adjoining Italian shower room and a utility room.
The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a mezzanine overlooking an outdoor terrace. An outdoor wooden terrace of 25 m2 and a plot of 500m2.

The kitchen is fitted with:
fridge-freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, overhead hood, dishwasher, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, multi-function robot, cooker rice, a meat grill .....

The laundry room is equipped with:
 a SAMSUNG 16KGS washing machine, an ELECTROLUX dryer, a DYSON hand vacuum cleaner.

Multimedia equipment:
Sony TV in the lounge area
a samsung TV in the mezzanine + sony PS4 console

The rooms are all equipped with double beds:
one of 180 on the ground floor and 160 for the upstairs bedrooms

The bathrooms: walk-in shower, sink cabinet, hair dryer, towel dryer, wall hung toilet.

Ground floor outdoor terrace with extendable table, 8 armchairs and barbecue.
Upstairs terrace with 2 sun loungers.

Excellente proposition!!

Belle maison neuve, très propre, très bien équipée et belle situation. Par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont charmants. Tout cela sur l'Ile Grande au coeur de la côte de granit rose... Nous avons adoré notre séjour!!
