Großes Haus in schöner Lage

Es ist ein sehr großes Haus mit einer weitläufigen Raumaufteilung. Die Mieter in der oberen Wohnung waren mit 3 Hunden leider sehr Nachtaktiv. Einige Sachen müssten in der Wohnung in Ordnung gebracht werden, aber es war für uns kein Problem denn Preis Leistung hat gepasst.

Casa accogliente e isolata

La casa si presenta isolata, ma vicina ad un gruppo di altre case ben nascoste e distanti. Si apprezza infatti il silenzio e la privacy. La terrazza coperta è perfetta durante le giornate di sole e caldo. I grandi spazi esterni forniscono la vivibilita di una grande casa di campagna. Il giardino è molto ampio, ma potrebbe essere piu curato. L'appartamento è grande e accogliente, con dettagli curati e ricercati; un grande soggiorno con una cucina a parte consente di vivere la casa anche all'interno. Camere ampie e bagno doppio completano la struttura. La connessione wifi è disponibile su richiesta, ma non necessariamente funzionante in modo adeguato. Anche la connessione dati mobili non è efficiente e servirebbe una soluzione piu strutturale (wifi illimitato). La posizione isolata, ma prossima alla zona balneare, consente di apprezzare la zona di Chia con adeguato isolamento. Elemento da considerare è la presenza di un piano superiore. Sebbene non ci siano zone comuni, se non il parcheggio auto, il fastidio della vicinanza dipende, purtroppo, solo dalla educazione dei vicini. Host molto disponibile e gentile, è intervenuto immediatamente quando richiesto.

Chia et ses plages

Grande maison que l on rejoint après 100 mètres de route blanche. A proximité des plages (voiture toutefois obligatoire). Jardin et terrasse étendus mais non utilisé l été en journée au vu de la chaleur.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. La climatisation est inutile car la maison garde bien la fraîcheur. Le wifi fonctionne bien. La cuisine contient tout ce qui est nécessaire. La literie est OK. À quelques km une pizzeria. Les plages sont proches et magnifiques. Tout est réuni pour de très belles vacances.

Un luogo tranquillo a 5 minuti dal mare

Parte bassa di villa a due piani. Tranquillissima bel giardino fornita di tutto. Arrivati in fondo alla strada bianca iniziano le spiagge. Posto ideale per famiglie o per chi ama tranquillità. La zona non ha mai ristoranti in agosto è necessario prenotare

Une maison bien équipée au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la propriété de Mario (très gentil et disponible). La maison est conforme aux photos, très bien équipée et vraiment confortable. Vous pouvez entendre les bruits des voisins du dessus mais la cohabitation se fait sans problème car les accès sont séparés et chacun dispose de son jardin. Nous recommandons la maison de Mario

Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt etwas abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig mit schönem Garten und Terrasse. Die Anfahrt ist über einen kurzen unbefestigten Weg mit einigen Schlaglöchern etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch ohne Allrad oder SUV zu meistern. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet, allerdings müssten einige kleinere Einrichtungsgegenstände mal erneuert werden. In den Küchenschränken roch es ziemlich muffig aber dank der Spülmaschine war auch das kein Problem. Alles in allem haben wir eine entspannte ruhige Woche in Chia verbracht und die nahen gut zu erreichenden Strände sehr genossen.

Confort e grandi spazi

La casa di Mario è molto comoda, attrezzata con tutto il necessario (incluso aria condizionata!) con belle stoviglie e pentole, cosa abbastanza rara nelle case vacanza. Gli interni corrispondono perfettamente alle foto, bagni molto belli e spazio esterno gradevolissimo con grande giardino e zona barbecue. Putroppo sopra di noi abbiamo avuto una famiglia di stranieri molto maleducati e chiassosi, altrimenti la casa è in una zona paradisiaca in quanto a silenzio e cielo stellato! Mario proprietario attento e gentile. Consigliata!

Séjour agréable dans une maison toute équipée proche des belles plages du sud

Propriété au calme proche des plus belles plages du sud. La maison dispose des toutes les fournitures utiles (Lessive, produit vaisselle, sel, Huile, Répulsif moustiques, etc...), de telle sorte que nous n’avons eu qu’à acheter notre nourriture. Mario, le propriétaire, a su être réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui. La maison reste assez fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure, ce qui est très agréable. La terrasse extérieure avec le bbq sont super. Le seul côté négatif est que la partie supérieure de la maison peut être également louée. Ce fut le cas les deux dernières nuits de notre séjour. Les deux logements sont complètement indépendants mais la présence de voisins au-dessus peut générer du bruit. Au global, ce fut une bonne location pour des vacances en famille.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das große und gut geschnittene Haus befindet sich mitten im Grünen in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehr schöner, gepflegter Garten und große bedachte Terrasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Küche mit Elektrohaushaltsgeräten deutscher Herstellung und Qualität ausgestattet. Die Dünenstrände von Chia - unter den schönsten der Südküste - sind in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Mario, der Besitzer, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Individualisten eine Topadresse. Wir werden sicher wieder hinfahren!

Super toller Urlaub

Das Grundstück und das Haus sind super ordentlich und gepflegt. Zu den vielen Stränden ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Dazu gibt es eine herrliche Auswahl von verschiedenen Stränden. Entweder mit hohen Wellen oder nur wenigen Wellen. Her ist Cala Cipolla sehr zu empfehlen. Mario managed vor Ort alles prima. Antwortet per WhatsApp oder SMS sofort. Hat auch viele Tipps auf Lager.

Lage und Ambiente toll, ABER!

Die Lage des Hauses in einem tollen Garten ruhig und abgeschieden ist toll. Der Standort für Ausflüge sehr gut und das Design und die Aufteilung des Hauses sehr gut. Nun komme ich zum negativen: Küche nicht gut ausgestattet z.B. kein Schneebesen, lediglich drei Kaffeelöffel ... Jeder Schrank, jeder Griff klebt und strotzt vor Dreck. Das Haus ist feucht und wenn dann nur nasses Holz zum Feuer machen vorhanden ist wird es kritisch ... erst nach Aufforderung und einer bitterkalten Nacht haben wir trockenes Holz bekommen ... das allerdings gegen Modergeruch in jedem Schrank und die Feuchtigkeit auch nichts ausrichten konnte. Wenn ich ein freistehendes Haus zur Alleinnutzung miete ist es mir unverständlich, dass am Freitag jemand in der oberen Wohnung einzieht und somit bereits am Donnerstag der halbe Tag jemand zum vorbereiten da war, zwei Tage weniger Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit bei einer Woche definitiv zu viel.

rispondo volentieri alla signora Silvia. innanzitutto la casa non è in esclusiva come scritto dettagliatamente da recensione sul sito. vi ricordo che dopo avere consumato la legna in giardino ho provveduto immediatamente a rifornirvi , ma non si puo' avvisare il proprietario l'indomani bensi' avvisarlo prima. che la casa sia umida non lo sapevo, siete i primi a dirlo. che non ci siano cucchiaini bastava aprire un cassetto e ne trovavate quanti ne occorrevano. non c'e la frusta, vero, ma ci sono 2 forni elettrici 2 macchine da caffè di cui una per espresso , la lavastoviglie un doppio frigo, un tv al led con home surround .wi fi e vi lamentare per una frusta. a propositp del wi fi (gratuito ovviamente) mi avete fatto chiamare il gestore inutilmente perchè non sapevate connettervi , o sbaglio? vi ho detto dal primo momento che se ci fossero stati problemi di avvisarmi immediatamente e adesso fate questa recensione. la prima negativa che ricevo dopo tanti anni dopo tanti anni. mi congratulo per la vostra scorrettezza.

Heerlijk huis in een oase van rust

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt dicht bij hele mooie strandjes. Fijn punt voor ons was dat onze kinderen in een afgesloten tuin konden spelen. Contact met Mario was ook prettig..

Un très bon séjour

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à Chia et dans la maison de Mario. La plage de Chia qui est à 2km est belle et l'eau est claire. Et il fait beau et chaud ! Quant à la maison, il y a toute les commodités, et elle est arrangée avec goût. Enfin Mario est très serviable, à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires. Je suis donc très contente de ces vacances et de cette location.

Ein fantastisches schönes Haus zum Entspannen, ruhige Lage , hervorragend ausgestattet.

Das Haus War die Basis für ein sehr schönen Urlaub. Es verfügt über jeden Komfort, der zu einer Villa gehört. Der Besitzer Mario, ist sehr freundlich und löst jedes Problem, wenn es welche geben sollte. Der Gärtner / Hausmeister 2 mal die Woche dort ,kümmert sich um die sehr schöne Außenanlage. Das Haus verfügt über eine groß Terasse, die zu wunderschöne Abende animiert. Rund herum ist dieses Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely stay

We have had a fine stay in the house from Mario. All we need was in the house and the terrace was also comfortable! The garden was lovely and the area is very nice. Ottima Location

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni dal 03/09 al 13/09 nell'abitazione del sig. Mario (persona disponibilissima), la casa rispecchia in tutto e per tutto le foto (grande, pulita e in ottimo stato), grandissimo giardino e plateatico dove passare bellissime serate in totale tranquillità. Consigliamo vivamente tale possibilità.

Tutto molto bene, ospitalità squisita.

La struttura e bella come da descrizione e foto. La distanza dal mare trascurabile (3 minuti in auto, a portara di tranquilla passeggiata a piedi). La zona è stupenda, per chi ricerchi il contatto con la natura e il mare. Chi cerca la mondanità e i divertimenti notturni della costa Smeralda farebbe bene a valutare una destinazione alternativa. L'ospitalità del proprietario di casa eccezionale.

Bellissima villa in campagna a due passi dalle spiagge.

Casa bellissima, grande e fresca di notte, circondata dalla campagna e dal silenzio. Tutto molto pulito. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Le bellissime spiagge di Chia sono a pochi km di auto. Proprietario estremamente disponibile. Da ripetere!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in Marios Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, sauber und - insbesondere die Küche mit Markengeräten - super ausgestattet. Wir haben aber auch gerne den Außengrill benutzt. Feuerholz, auch für den Kamin, steht jede Menge zur freien Verfügung. Man kann im uneinsichtigen Garten absolut seine Ruhe genießen. Lediglich der herzliche Gärtner kommt ab und zu mal vorbei und kümmert sich um die Pflanzen. Mario ist ein sympathischer und dennoch sehr diskreter Gastgeber, der jederzeit für uns erreichbar war. Die Lage nahe den Traumstränden von Chia und La Tueredda spricht ohnehin für sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Anna und Fabian

A lovely well kept villa located within easy access (by car) of any number of lovely beaches

Our family had a lovely stay at Mario's villa in Chia. The villa is spacious, well equipped and located in a quiet location with far reaching views of the local landscape. It is ideally placed for access to local beaches & shops. If you are thinking of staying / renting we recommend you hire a car and go equipped with mosquito sprays / deterrents. Sardinia is a beautiful country & the local people we meet were very approachable and friendly. We'd highly recommend staying at this villa.
