Amazing and relaxing stay

We had a perfect week staying at Anna’s house. The location is amazing, the house well kept and convenient, Anna was super helpful and accommodated our late arrival on Saturday and also provided all the instructions and advices needed to make the most of the stay in an amazing region. A great and relaxing stay !

Lovely apartment with fantastic view

We fully enjoyed our 4 night in Anna's gorgeous apartment, which is very vell equipped, neat and really cozy. A very spacious terrace is the absolute highlight of the property and provides a wonderful sea view that is truly second to none. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay at Anna's place. Our thorough recommendation!!!

Magnificent

I fully enjoyed my stay, the view with the sunrise and the sea on the terrace was breathtaking. The house felt super cheerful and very comfortable with cold AC and hot water. I would recommend a car as the house is on top of Eden Rock. Lovely area, with two boutique hotels with very nice pools in walking distance.I would definitely come back to visit!

Charming unit in a picturesque setting.

The unit had a rustic charm about it. As it is set in the hills- the panoramic view it offers is amazing. It's located within a few minutes from various restaurants, shops and services, and others are just a short drive away. Our host was easily reachable, and very personable.

Exactly what we wanted

Peaceful location but handy to beaches. Cagliari only 50 mins. Anna runs a very eco friendly house. Amazing deck/outlook. Super clean. House well kitted out for your needs

Beautiful house in a very calm surrounding

We rented Anna's house for a family trip with our baby. Anna was really helpful already in the booking process with advise for the surrounding and organizing a baby bed and high chair. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. It is a very cozy and new interior and a beautiful terrasse with an amazing view. We were unfortunately very unlucky with the weather and had to leave earlier because of that. Anna was really cooperative and helpful. We can really recommend the house if you would like to have some relaxing days in a very calm neighbourhood.

Beautiful Sardinian Getaway

My husband and I have taken my family away for wonderful 10 days in Sardinia and made the best choice by staying in Anna's place! Location: The house is set in the beautiful area of Chia and Donus de Maria with a gorgeous view of the blue sea and gorges. It is very quiet and relaxing to stay here and so easy to get to anywhere you would need. All beaches, shops only 5-10 min drive away. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the terrace as well as long summer evenings. Out of ten days we only eaten few times out because we loved the view so much it was not fair to compromise on it by going out. House : the house has two floors, the main lounge, kitchen and terrace on the ground and two comfortable bedrooms in the second. It is a great lay out and was comfortable for 4 people to stay. We also liked the shower at the back of the house that is outsid and very nice to use when coming back from the beach. The house has everything you need and to cook and clean. I also loved the fact that it is very environmentally friendly and sustainable, such a lovely idea! Host: this is the most important ! You could not imagine a more kind and welcoming host! I have been in touch with Anna for several month for the booking and she has been extremely helpful and considerate. She gave us some great advice on places to visit in the area and restaurant recommendations. Most of all she was always so smiley, accommodating and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at her place! If you are a couple or a family who want to just relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, food and beaches of South Coast of Sardinia this is a place for you! We hope to come back soon to getaway from Busy london and rechange our batteries! Thank you Anna for your hospitality! Nadya & Stuart

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta per 13 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La terrazza è sicuramente il punto di forza della casa, con vista spettacolare e tanto spazio: abbiamo sempre cenato fuori. Anche il contesto di Eden Rock è davvero molto bello: si tratta di una zona residenziale tranquilla e curata. Per quanto riguarda l'interno della casa i condizionatori rinfrescano velocemente. Anna Maria, la proprietaria, è stata davvero squisita e disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.

Die Gastgeberin Anna ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns viele nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung, wie z.B. gute Restaurants, Strände und Weingüter empfohlen. Anna war bei Fragen rund ums Haus immer telefonisch oder per Whatsapp erreichbar und konnte helfen. Wir haben insbesondere die Mahlzeiten auf der großen Terrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer genossen. Man muss vom Apartment zu den Stränden zwar mit dem Auto fahren, der nächste Strand ist aber tatsächlich in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einem größeren privaten Gelände, dies ist quasi eine eigenständige "Community" mit beschrankten Zugang, obgleich in dem Haus drei Wohneinheiten über drei Stockwerke verteilt sind, hat seine ungestörte Privatsphäre. Wir (ich mit zwei Töchtern und einer weiteren Freundin) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

We had the best time at this place, amazing view, very clean and cute place and the outdoor shower as a highlight! Anna has been very helpful with recommendations on Restaurants and Beaches. Everything is within 15 min drive and easy to reach. We can highly recommend the place and will definitely come back.

Esperienza indimenticabile

Siamo stati il mio fidanzato ed io una settimana, e la verità non posso dire altro che incredibile esperienza. Anna é gentilissima, tutto il tempo si é preoccupata se eravamo comodi e ci ha informato di ristoranti vicini, posti da vedere. Una attenzione meravigliosa.Pensiamo già di tornare il prossimo anno, il mare é molto vicino alla casa, non si puó chiedere più.Grazie mille di tutto Anna, tornaremo di sicuro presto!!!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben 8 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen, die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick ist einfach toll. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung mit den Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants hat uns nur halb überzeugt. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Che Panorama!!

Posizione fantastica per visitare tutte le spiagge del sudovest della Sardegna La casa è funzionale e di gusto ... non manca proprio niente Il curato e profumato accesso all'appartamento, lungo e con gradini come da tradizione, rivela una terrazza con un panorama strepitoso, sia di giorno che di notte, che ti fa dimenticare ogni stanchezza Gli spazi sono generosi, sia esterni che interni Anna è attenta, professionale e disponibile con il plus della premura di chi ci tiene alla proprietà e al territorio con tanto di omaggio all'arrivo Che dire ... ci vogliamo tornare!!

Wunderschön

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5 und 9) dort. Es war wirklich traumhaft. Die Strände in der Nähe sind super. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, keine langen Strecken. Anna war super hilfsbereit und hat uns vor ab schon eine lange Liste mit Stränden und Restaurants geschickt. Wir haben tatsächlich nur die super Außendusche genutzt. Besonders gut fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse, die uns fast den ganzen Tag Schatten gespendet hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour !

Tout s’est très bien passé, la maison est très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle. C’est également un endroit calme à proximité de de très belles plages. Anna Maria est très réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Belle maison avec superbe vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Anna. Cette maison neuve est spacieuse et la terrasse est splendide avec une vue mer époustouflante. L’environnement est très calme. Anna est très sympathique. Elle a été très disponible et elle nous a apporté une aide précieuse. Et elle parle très bien anglais !
