Our home is a Private, two level 1200 sqft 2BR/2.5BA Townhouse with a gate secured entrance, treed courtyard in central Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver! No car needed to get around to see everything! This Townhouse is ideal for those looking for "home-like" privacy yet be able to walk to great restaurants, the Art Gallery, waterfront Seawall, the Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park & English Bay Beaches, Robson St. shopping, grocery stores, pharmacies, Skytrain, Convention Centre, Gastown, and Granville Market. Free parking on site, private entrance, wifi, Netflix, 55" SmartTV, in-suite laundry. Private entry system with key lockbox. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, cutlery, cookware and utensils. Everything you need to feel at home. Shaded courtyard and newly renovated master ensuite. We do have a young cat who lives offsite with us from June to September.

This location worked out so well for me. Centrally located. Easy access and wonderful home! Communication was fantastic. Would book here again many times over.
Better than we expected, perfect location, 10 minute walk to harbour. Barb is an amazing host, and the condo is cozy and clean. Visited our daughter and had room for family dinners and game nights. Highly recommend!!
What a wonderful place! Host were friendly and accomadating. Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, super clean nicely decorated home. Conveniently located for easy access in and out. Great parking. Starbucks right across the street and many walking distance restaruants in the area.
We plan on checking availability at this location when we return.
Communication was always quick and easy. Great location for walking and biking. Can get very congested If driving due to location and construction.. Condo overall was clean. Someone soiled the downstairs bathroom pretty bad and it was left unflushed, which was an unpleasant surprise.
The host Barbara goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. The townhouse is comfortable, very clean, and so well appointed. Barbara leaves you everything you need—she is very generous. The location is ideal. We could walk to virtually everything including beautiful Stanley Park. Great restaurants and groceries all around. Quiet and safe. We would stay here again and again. Vancouver is fantastic and this rental the ideal way to spend time there.

Loved our stay in Coal Harbour! Barb and Alex are gracious hosts and their condo is perfectly located and setup for a small family visiting Vancouver. We loved being so close to Stanley Park and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The condo is nicely equipped and it was great having 2 full bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for our family of 3 (19-year old son) compared to being stuck in a cramped hotel room. Having a free parking space was also an incredible benefit that shouldn’t be overlooked given the parking prices in downtown.
Barb and Alex were super responsive and met us at the condo for check-in and a quick tour. We’ve been to Vancouver many times but this was probably the best trip we’ve ever had because of the accommodations. We can’t wait to come back to Vancouver and would most definitely stay here again!
This is a lovely townhouse with its own entrance from the street. It is perfectly located for exploring everything that Vancouver has to offer. It is remarkably quiet given that it is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. This is a unique opportunity to stay in someone's very comfortable home with the furnishings reflecting much about them, including their interest in cooking and baking. The beds here are particularly comfortable. The townhouse comes with its own parking space but there really is no need for a car because the public transportation and uber service are so good. The hosts respond quickly by text to questions. There is also a detailed instruction manual so it is easy to operate things like the cable box and tv. This home is special and deserves more than 5 stars in every category.
Barb was great upon arrival and waited 1:15 for us as we were late getting there from the airport. The townhouse was neat and in a perfect location to fully enjoy Vancouver! Highly recommend!
The Coal Harbour Townhouse is in a great location for those who want to be in the heart of Vancouver. Very convenient for walking to several areas of the city. The owner Barbara, took time to meet us at the townhouse and provided a lot of good information about things to do and places to eat. Her suggestions were spot on! It was our first trip to Vancouver and we would stay again anytime.
Surprisingly quiet for the location. Townhouse is on bottom of larger apartment complex, but feels miles away from the city hustle and bustle which is really just outside the door. Owners treated us like family, we had a great stay!
