In a beautiful blue, the pool closes the perfection of this ideal rental for eight people. Composed of four bedrooms and two shower room/bathroom, each has his own space. The large living room is pleasant, comfortable, very bright with view on the garden with the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for great meals.

By bike, you have a direct access to the beach by a path passing through the forest.

Great property now in need of some repair/improvements

This is a very comfortable and clean property in a quiet location easily accessible by car to the delightful Vendee area. The accommodation itself is large, comfortable and very enjoyable. The overall property however is now in need of repair and improvement. The cracked and very uneven pool surround is now dangerously loose and a high trip hazzard. The house does not have internet which now (post Covid) is an essential as almost all attractions (such as Puy du Fou) require/encourage pre-booking and pre-paying which proved impossible to do on a mobile 4G connection. The location is perfect for a quiet holiday with a pool if you have a car. It is however not as close to the beach or town as inferred. Both are easily accessible by car, but the beach is a 1:15 walk though the woods and the town is 1:30 walk away. Overall this is a very nice property that needs a bit of renovation to make it safe and suitable for 2023 and will then be ideal for quiet family based holidays

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais nous sommes très déçus d'avoir payé pour une prestation non conforme. De manière générale, la maison est mal entretenue et de nombreux défauts sont à corriger urgemment. - Piscine en mauvais état avec margelle qui cassent et se décollent + dalles terrasse qui sautent toutes et qui a valu une chute de mon mari - Vaiselle cuisine + electroménager très moyen (lave vaiselle qui lave mal, four qui brule de l'extérieur et chauffe mal, vaiselle manquante et sale pour certains bols...) - Propreté générale de la maison ok mais les murs/portes sont très sales. Un gros coup de propre (peinture blanche), quelques changements de qualité des matériaux et surtout réparation de ce qui ne va pas sont à prévoir rapidement. Nous ne relouerons pas cette maison...

Les vacances parfaites !

Villa calme et reposante. Séjour en famille dans un environnement très agréable et pratique : piscine, sécurité dans la résidence, petit portail qui donne accès sur les petits chemins en forêt ( marche, vélo).
