The property is called Twin Pond Motel, located at 743 Old Montauk Hwy. It has two independent cottages and a larger structure at the top of the hill with (2) 2 bedrooms and three studios, all with ocean views, each with its own private decks. The property sits on 2.5 acres across the street from the ocean, with a private path to the beach. Each unit comes with a beach pass to be used at Town beaches such as Ditch Plains Beach.

The cleaning fee is $400 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog per stay. Only small to medium size dogs who are friendly and do not bark. No cats or other animals.

Beautiful Cottage Feel Right by the Beach

Great rental in Montauk!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our group of four attended a wedding in Montauk and rented this unit for the weekend. It was clean, spacious and in a great location - an easy walk to both town and the beach! I would definitely recommend this property for a weekend away in Montauk.

Girls trip to Montauk

Fantastic weekend staying at Jeanne's place, it was exactly what we wanted and expectations were exceeded. The view from her place with the ocean is enough of a reason to go. The location was great too, we did not need a car coming from the city, could walk to the town where there were shops and restaurants. When we arrived the space was very clean as well!

Great unit on Old Montauk Highway in Montauk

Fantastic view of the ocean, great beach- 5 minute walk. Clean and spacious. Used heat and AC. Nice deck and grill. One of the few with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. A firepit would have been nice

Convenient location with a great view!

This 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Big windows open to ocean view. A short walk to the ocean, a short walk to the paved path to town! The road out front is not busy and is at the bottom of a very long and gently sloping yard. The 2 bedroom apartment is a walk-out, lower level space, but we did not hear the neighbors above us. The bedrooms don’t have any living space above them so they are very quiet. Plenty of parking, excellent communication, great accommodations.

A perfect stay

We stayed at Twin Pond for the long 4th of July weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful. Sally and Laura are amazing hosts, easy to communicate with, super friendly and responsive, and very chill. We brought our dog, who loved running around on the lawn and walking the short five minutes to the beach with us in the morning for our daily game of fetch. The location is amazing, could actually get by easily with no car if you wanted to (it's a 10 minute walk to town and less than 5 to the beach), and was perfect for watching fireworks from the comfort of the front porch. The parking pass provided made it incredibly easy to hit the surf spots we love, and the place itself is really great. Very recently renovated, so it was super clean and comfortable. Had all the stuff we needed for cooking at home, hot showers (even in the outdoor shower), and cool A/C. We loved and it and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sally and Laura for providing a great home base for our family vacation!

We had a fun stay!

Great location in near everything and so close to the beach. The unit and just been renovated with updated kitchen and bathrooms - so everything was new and sparkling. Super nice accommodations. Favorite spot was the outdoor deck with the ocean in the distance. Laura and Sally were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely long weekend and hope to be back some day. Recommend staying here!
