Montauk House with Lake View

Please Note: you must be 26 or older to rent. Due to covid there are still no car parking beach passes available. There is a property manager onsite. Pet Friendly with additional security deposit
This wonderful, spacious, 4 Bedrooms, 2 full Baths, outside shower & lake view house is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Sleeps up to ONLY 8 ADULTS comfortably! The Main floor has 1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. The Living room has wrap around sliding glass doors throughout with beautiful views of the lake as well as the stunning Montauk Sunsets. The Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms (king in one, queen in other) are joined together by the upstairs deck which faces the lake as well. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The ground level deck wraps the main part of the house and comes with a BBQ and outdoor seating. There is also an amazing outdoor shower! With all the sliding doors and windows there is a wonderful lake and ocean breeze. Pets are allowed but requires an additional security deposit per animal.

The house was just darling! Love how they kept all of the older features of the home which made it feel like a cute cottage. The decor was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location as we had a wedding to attend at the Downs. The ample towels were fantastic, along with having a washer dryer. 1 for flexible parking too!

Great MTK Home

Home was perfect for a group of 8! Clean, exactly as described. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. Had everything a renter could want for a large group. With bad weather the area of porch that was covered was a big plus. Having porch on second level from bedrooms was also a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again!

We were a group of 7 adults, mostly couples Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Our experience was amazing. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. Only a 5 minute drive into town! The house was very clean and had the cutest beach decor. The porch was a bonus especially since we had on and off rain. Definitely going to be booking here again!!

We had a wonderful stay @ this Montauk house. It was everything we needed while visiting for a family wedding. The house is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very clean & spacious too! Fabulous Property

This house is very spacious and well appointed. All we needed to add was food! We had a wonderful time and loved the location. My young daughters loved running around in the yard and I loved that it was super close to town so easy to run out to get things we needed. Aisja was so accommodating and made me feel very comfortable about renting her house. Would definitely rent again when we head back to the area.

Wonderful 2 night vacation

The property was great-location, cleanliness, views, well stocked kitchen, beautiful deck and outside seating, and ease in locating the house. The manager was very responsive to our contacts and returned our calls quickly. The house was nicely laid out and decorated, and 8 adults fit very comfortably. Very thoughtful-the electric outlets were labeled for ease in figuring out how to turn on different lights. We had a wonderful time!

Our family has lived in Montauk since the late 70's, this was our home growing up. The property has been a wonderful house that our family has enjoyed from generation through generation and endless friends. Days at the beach, BBQ'ing at night and endless sunsets is all a few of the memories we hope your family has as well.

Why they chose this property

It’s a wonderful house for a family that loves all the things about Montauk. There is lake access, a beach at the end of the road, and of course the beaches all over town. Plus don't forget the shopping, dining and night life. The Sunsets are amazing, the breeze is delightful if you enjoy the fresh air, and you have access to the large yard, and the BIG SKY at night. There is No place like it!!

What makes this property unique

The wrap around deck is wonderful and the outdoor shower is great for washing off the beach or just enjoying the beauty of nature. The upstairs deck is a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We live locally and there is a year round house manager onsite (ground level of main house), if any issues may arise.
