Chalet in Gérardmer for 9 persons heated Pool and Panoramic view on the slopes

We rent our chalet of 135m2 for 9 persons with 3 double rooms and a fourth that opens on the common area on the 1st floor. Very beautiful cathedral lounge facing south. 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom and laundry room. On the first floor 3 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the common area of the first floor. Baby bed available. Bathroom with large corner bath and shower. The chalet is located at the start of the hiking and mountain biking trails but remains less than 5 minutes from Gerardmer town centre. High quality bedding and absolute calm. Heated pool from Easter if the temperature is above 15. Near 3000m2 of land around the chalet. Strategically located less than 2.5km from the skilifts which makes it much quicker to hit the slopes than if you have to take the shuttle from the city centre at peak season.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit weitem Blick durch grosse Glasfronten. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Ruhe, schnell im Ort, Wandermöglichkeiten von der Haustür und schöne Ausflugsziele im Umfeld von ca. 40 km. Die Concierge war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig der Erstkontakt mit dem Vermieter war etwas kontrollierend und befremdlich. Aber zuverlässig im weiteren Schriftverkehr. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus für einen tollen Urlaub.

Parfait

Séjour parfait dans ce chalet lumineux et calme pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. Multiples randonnées à pied ou à vélo. Interieur confortable et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons cet été pour profiter de la piscine. Un lieu idéal pour une escapade en pleine nature.

le propriétaire ne nous a pas signalé l’accès très difficile pour personnes âgées et enfants moins de deux ans, le chalet à une salle à manger avec toit cathédrale qui permet tous les bruits de monter à l’étage très désagréable pour ceux qui veulent dormir, il a oublié aussi de dire qu’il n’a pas de poubelles c’est à nous d’emmener les poubelles dans la voiture

Points noires : La piscine pratiquement inutilisable eau trouble à notre arrivé après quelques jours l'eau à verdi malgré l ajout demandé de chlore.(2 fois en 3 jours) Très beau écran tv mais la réception n'est pas de qualité son et image. Certaines lattes de bois qui forment la terrasse ne sont plus fixées et dépasse . La réception et le départ ne sont pas à la hauteur: Réception du samedi la personne chargée arrive en retard et nous donne les consignes suivantes: Vmc bruyante mettre off au compteur électrique ! Attention au latte sur la terrasse. Le voisin rouspète à cause d'un spot extérieur mettre off au conteur électrique inconveniant plus de lumière salle de bain wc et chambre du bas. Piscine trouble à cause de la chaleur mais ne rien faire. J'avais loué les draps mais les lits pas fait. au départ la personne n'est pas venue je lui ai proposé une visio pour voir pas possible elle est en voiture.

Prachtig weer en een mooie omgeving. Huis van binnen was op orde. Kleine onvolkomenheden zouden opgelost moeten worden. De accommodatie heeft zeker aan de buitenkant onderhoud nodig. De tuin er omheen was sober. Het verwarmde zwembad mocht de naam van zwembad niet hebben: klein bad! Nogal misleidend in de advertentie.

Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden

Es wird mit einem geheizten Pool im Garten gelockt. Jedoch ist das eine traurige dreckige Pfütze. Die Küche war komplett dreckig als wir ankamen und nach unserem 4tägigen Aufenthalt wieder ansehnlich. Übergabe hat super geklappt. Die Umgebung ist super schön.

Beau week-end en famille

Exellent week-end en famille dans ce beau chalet , parfaitement équipé et propre. Accueil parfait de Véronique merci. Petit Détail : il faudrait prévoir des rideaux occultants pour les chambres et mezzanine pour la lumière du matin. Sinon top !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet très agréable et fonctionnel. Bémol : l'annonce indique une piscine chauffée mais ce n'est qu'en arrivant sur place qu'on apprend qu'elle est chauffée sous condition de température extérieure supérieure à 15°. L'appareil de chauffage étant à l'ombre, il n'est pas possible de se baigner après la mi-septembre. donc légère déception surtout quand le critère de recherche du logement était la piscine

Merveilleux séjour

Idéalement située et dotée de tout le confort nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans votre propriété : la vue depuis la grande terrasse est magnifique et très ressourçante et nous avons pu grands comme petits profiter de la piscine chauffée! Nous recommandons vivement :)

Super weekend malgré le mauvais temps....

Nous avons passé 3 supers journées entre amis malgré le temps froid et pluvieux. Le chalet est très bien équipé et adapté pour un séjour avec des enfants. Seul bémol les enfants qui dorment sur la mezzanine sont réveillés très tôt par le jour....

Chalet bien situé à rafraîchir

Points positifs=châlet situé à proximité de Gerardmer dans une zone calme et peu dense. Chemins de promenade directement accessibles depuis le châlet Le châlet est grand lumineux et convenablement équipé. La personne qui nous a accueilli était aux petits soins. Il nous a changé la bouteille de gaz vide le premier soir à plus de 21h. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au cœur des montagnes et de la nature. Points à améliorer=il faut à mon sens investir quelques euros pour entretenir ce bien. Rénover ou changer le revêtement de terrasse en bois (lames en mauvais état) Acheter des rideaux ou stores occultants sur la partie haute de la baie vitrée, afin que les personnes qui dorment dans la mezzanine à l'étage, ne soient pas dérangées par le soleil le matin. Changer les mécanismes de volet défectueux. Réparer la vmc dans la salle de bain qui était très bruyante et que nous avons dû couper manuellement chaque nuit. Faire l'appoint en couverts tasses et assiettes (3 tasses à café pendant notre séjour). La table à manger est plus adaptée à un groupe de 6 personnes que de 8. Acheter 2 ou 3 vraies chaises supplémentaires afin que tout le monde puisse s'asseoir convenablement. Acheter un ou 2 fauteuil pour le côté salon afin que tout le monde puisse profiter de cet espace. Bref investissez pour que ce châlet ressemble davantage aux belles photos prises il y a quelques années et que le prix demandé soit totalement légitime.

Grand chalet baigné de lumière

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très bien situé aux pieds des pistes de ski de fond et de raquette et à 5min des pistes de ski alpin. La literie est de qualité et le chalet est spacieux.

Parfait pour endroit calme

Le chalet est très bien situé pour ce que nous recherchions (calme, belle vue, sans être trop isolé). De nombreux sentiers à proximité, voisinage très discret et vue magnifique (coucher de soleil). Manager et propriétaire très sympathiques.
