Gîte *** "Le Clos du Mapré" with Pool- Spa-Hammam, 3 bedrooms

Located in Ménil, a small Vosgian village of 1100 inhabitants, "Le Clos du Mapré" welcomes you in a green setting, surrounded by mountains.
In this haven of peace, come and enjoy the calm and discover this region with many walks.
Fully independent with entrance and private parking, you will discover a magnificent apartment, very spacious and comfortable, fitted upstairs.
You will benefit from a 2500 m² playground, bordering a stream, fenced, with outdoor games including swing, slide ..., table tennis
You will enjoy the outdoor terrace next to the swimming pool with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
The swimming pool is in service from May to September and complies with the regulations applicable to private swimming pools for collective use. It is shared with another gîte.
The water analysis carried out by the I. P.L. Health Environment is transmitted to the ARS (Regional Health Agency) and meets health and safety standards.
The opening of the pool enclosure is automated and secure;
The pool is covered and discoverable by you, allowing swimming in all weathers. It is heated by solar panels whose temperature is regulated according to weather conditions. It is included in the rental price.

The design of the closed shelter allows you to move around freely, sheltered from the wind, in a pleasant space and environment.

Wonderful Holiday

We had a lovely week. The property is pretty much without fault. Its very well equipped and everything is of a high standard and very clean. Very comfortable accommodation with lots of space and a fantastic swimming pool in a stunning location. We were very well looked after by Francoise and Denis. They didn't speak English but we knew that anyway but between us we got by ! Our boys had a great time and we will certainly consider returning.

Vosges Chalet

Great pool shared with another large gite but this was not a problem as pool open 9am-7.30pm and our different holiday rhythms meant usually had the pool to ourselves. Large garden with table tennis and badminton. Everything you need inside: we liked to carry our meals to outside eating area. Blackout shutters to keep everything cool/dark. Local days out to copper mine in Le Thillot and La Schlucht Chair lift up to tops for walks/views of Vosges and Luge back down. Château du haut-kœnigsbourg and Colmar an hour away. Francoise and Denis great hosts and their daughter's crepes delicious!!

Heerlijke locatie voor een zorgeloos verblijf

We hebben twee weken een heerlijk en zorgeloos verblijf gehad. De ontvangst was hartelijk en duidelijk. Heel aardige eigenaren. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote tuin bood veel vermaak. Het zwembad was top met regen en zonneschijn. Privacy genoeg. Veel te doen in de omgeving, dorpje zelf was lekker rustig. Enig minpuntje: voor onze lange benen was het Franse bed net iets te kort!Echt een aanrader als je wilt genieten van de Vogezen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Pernot

die Unterkunft war sehr schön und super sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Familie Pernot war sehr hilfsbereit und auch flexibel. Der Garten und vor allem der Pool waren sehr gut gepflegt. Das Wasser wird mit Solar geheizt,.Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt, aber dafür kann ja niemand etwas. Hier in der Gegend kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Familie Pernot nur empfehlen.

Toller Pool

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da und hatten die Unterkunft wegen des Pools gebucht. Dieser war traumhaft schön. Auch die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

Le Ménil - ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus, das sich als perfekter Urlaubsort für die ganze Familie erwiesen hat. Das Haus ist geräumig, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, was uns sofort ein Gefühl von Gemütlichkeit gab. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, was es uns ermöglichte, einige unserer Lieblingsgerichte gemeinsam zu kochen und zu genießen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der fantastischen Lage. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung, ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren. Das Kind hat eine tolle Zeit im Garten, der viel Platz zum Spielen bietet. Auch wir Erwachsenen konnten die sonnigen Nachmittage auf der Terrasse genießen und den wunderschönen Ausblick bewundern. Ein weiteres Highlight war der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service der Gastgeber. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgten dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

Urlaub in den Bergen Nahe der Weinstraße

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (13 und 15 Jahre) für 11 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Gewohnt haben wir in der oberen Etage. Die Vermieter haben im Untergeschoss gewohnt. Es gab ausreichent Platz für alle. Die Küche ist schön groß und hatte alles was man braucht. Gegen Aufpreis hatte wir bezogene Betten frische Handtücher. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nahe schöner Wanderwege direkt an einem Fluss. Der Außenbereich ist geplegt. Uns stand eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern zur Verfügungen, ein kleines Fußballtor, eine Schaukel sowie ein Badmintonnetz. Der Pool ist ein Highlight für alle. Sehr sauber mit Überdachung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen immer zur Verfügung wenn es Fragen gibt. Für Familien ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Wohnung, das Schwimmbad und das Anwesen sind sauber und gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und die Anlage sind absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Pool war die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflugtag. Die Hausherren haben uns bei jeder Frage sehr gut weitergeholfen und unseren Aufenthalt dadurch nochmals verbessert. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben die Ruhe und den schönen Blick und vor allen Dingen den Pool als Hallenbad genossen, weil das Wetter nicht das Beste war. Unsere Gastgeber, Francoise und Denis, haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert, als wir eine Autopanne hatten. Da war es sehr hilfreich, dass Francoise fließend Deutsch spricht. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder bei besserem Wetter.

Très bon sejour

Le logement est très fonctionnel, la piscine et le jardin sont top. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont guidé sur des sites et auberge très sympas à visiter. Nous serions ravi de refaire un séjour là-bas.

Coronabedingt nicht so wie erwartet

Wir haben über fewo gebucht und hier wurde leider nicht angegeben das der Wellnessbereich wegen Corona geschlossen hat. Bei abritel steht es drin. Nach Anfrage auf Erstattung eines Teilbetrags wurde uns mitgeteilt das Sie nichts dafür können und wir somit keinen Teilbetrag zurück bekommen haben. Dies ist sehr schade, denn wir haben dieses Objekt wegen des Spa so gebucht und es wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt das dieser geschlossen hat.

En réponse à votre appréciation. Il est bien notifié sur le site Abritel que l’espace détente est fermé en 2021/22 car non recommandé par l’ARS face à la situation sanitaire COVID Vous nous avez fait constater que l’espace détente et sa description n’était pas mentionné sur votre site de réservation Via Fewo Le tarif de location s’entend d’ailleurs sans l’utilisation du Spa , celui-ci étant en supplément de la location si ouverture. Le contrat de location que vous avez signé ne fait également aucune mention de l’utilisation du SPA. Notre annonce étant claire et précise et n’ayant aucune responsabilité, nous ne comprenons pas votre demande de remboursement partiel. Tout au long de vos vacances, nous avons été à l’écoute de vos demandes vous permettant d’agrémenter votre séjour ; c’est ainsi que nous avons installé le barbecue suite à votre souhait, mis à votre disposition le charbon de bois…allume feu…installé la table sur la terrasse, les chaises, banc,… Nous avons également préparé la table de Ping Pong, Il est toutefois regrettable que tous ces aménagements que vous nous avez demandé n’aient pas été utilisés alors que le temps était propice.
