In a former campsite condominium, 100 m2 detached house, including a 30 m2 covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor), 100m2 of enclosed garden and private parking with motorized gate. indoor and outdoor kitchen. fully equipped house: washing machine, dishwasher, high chair, baby bed, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, fans, gas plancha, 2 mountain bikes (adults and teens), paddle and paddle, 3 surfboards (adults, teens, child).
100 m from the beaches of the estuary, 500 m from the town with all shops including a Leclerc center, 10 min by bike from the 3 ports and ferry to ROYAN, 15 min by bike from the ocean beaches, 10 min by car from SOULAC and 20 min by car from the vineyards deposit of 1500 € will be requested + 0. 80 € tourist tax per day and per adult.

water and electricity included (for normal consumption).
