SAINT PALAIS SUR MER, house of 70 m2 with large terrace and large garden with trees. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bright living room. Fitted kitchen opening onto the large terrace with plancha, garden furniture and large table.
New bedding, 1 160x200 bed, 2 90x190 beds that can be transformed into a large bed.
TV, WiFi, stereo, dishwasher, microwave ...
Possibility to walk to Platin Beach (600 meters), to the market. at the lake (tennis, playground), in St Palais center.
Supermarket and Golf at 5 minutes by car and Zoo de la Palmyre at 10 minutes.
Calm neighborhood.

Comme chez des amis !

Séjour très agréable dans une maison confortable, lumineuse, bien équipée. La maison est bien entretenue et avec des petites touches déco adorables. Très bonne isolation thermique et phonique, nous n’entendions pas le vent qui soufflait fort pourtant ! Emplacement parfait pour faire ses courses à pied, se balader en bord de mer ou profiter du joli parc de St Palais. Je recommande chaudement cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet grand appartement décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Le fait de pouvoir manger dans le jardin est un vrai plus. Le logement est bien placé dans la ville.

Un petit coin de paradis !

Séjour très agréable ! Appartement très agréable : propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût ! Terrasse et jardin magnifique ! En plus, l'appartement est parfaitement situé, dans un lotissement très calme où tout peut être réalisé à pied (le marché dans le centre de St Palais, aller à la plage ou au supermarché). Le seul point à noter est qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une maison entière mais d'un appartement. Mais cela n'est en rien un point négatif : les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets ! UN VRAI PETIT COIN DE PARADIS !!! (Sans oublier une dédicace toute particulière à Elvis, un amour de chat !)
