FISHERMAN'S HOUSE - Panoramic view 50m from the sea - wifi access - Heated swimming pool

House completely renovated, with an exceptional view of the sea and the island of Batz. It is a remarkable site, very quiet, no car traffic, spread over 1 hectare.

Single storey house that can accommodate 6 people, located 50m from the sea facing the coastal path (GR34), small beach below and large sandy beach 200m on foot via the path.

Swimming pool heated to 28 degrees and covered 8MX5M to share with the other rental.

The house is furnished with a day and a night corner.

The day area includes a reception hall, a large living room with an exceptional view and brand new fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob ...) In the living room you will find a pellet stove, a flat screen TV. You also have a cellar with washing machine, Tancarville, iron, ironing board.

The sleeping area is equipped with 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Each bedroom has ample storage. You also have a bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, separate WC.
Bed and bathroom linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival.

Outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture with parasol, private barbecue, private parking, passage leading directly from the garden to the swimming pool accessible by a security gate. Swimming pool shared by the other rental.

Possibility to have baby equipment on request.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

The Property was lovely and clean with beautiful sea views and a coastal walk nearby. The pool was clean and a complete winner with the kids. Beaches within walking distance. Restaurants and supermarket a short drive away.Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Es war alles perfekt!

Super ruhige Lage, traumhafter Blick, schöne Umgebung. Das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht...Schirm, Liegen, Gartentisch, gute Küchenausstattung. Außerdem war die Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Schöne Aussicht

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Fisherman's House verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Eine gute Wahl, um von hier aus die Küste und die nördliche Bretagne zu erkunden.

Vous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé la maison est moderne à l'intérieure et à gardé son charme de la maison de pêcheur située entre terre mer cet un endroit très paisible et la vue est vraiment magnifique les enfants ont aimé la piscine chaufée ainsi que l'accès à la plage de rêve à 10 mn à pieds et les balades sur rochers...
