About this property

Villa l'abri étoilé 300m from the beach with heated indoor pool

Compemporaine house of 2024 in a very quiet area 300m from the sandy beach that can accommodate up to 10 people! You will be seduced by this house and its facilities! Everything is there to spend an unforgettable stay with friends or family.
It is composed on the ground floor:
- a large bright living room with tv and Wi-Fi, JBL speaker
-An open kitchen equipped with oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, wardrobe and a bathroom
- a toilet
- a large pantry with a shower and washing machine and dryer.
Heating and air conditioning
And an indoor swimming pool of 7x3.50m heated to 29 degrees overlooking the garden. The pool communicates with the living room and can be locked for security.
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a wardrobe
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a wardrobe
- a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bed
80x200 and a trundle bed 80x200 and a wardrobe
- a bathroom with bath and toilet.
(Baby cot and high chair available)
Bed linen is provided.
A large south-facing terrace equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue and garden furniture. A driveway is also available to play petanque in the garden.
The villa is located near several beaches including the beach of Dossen for lovers of board sports and water activities, the GR34 and the national forest for hikers. Restaurant at 600m. The house is rented by 15 days during the summer.

Belle maison au calme

Belle maison moderne au calme à Santec. L'espace piscine ainsi que l'espace extérieur sont un plus. Maison très bien équipée, proche de la plage. Nous y reviendrons certainement !
