Located at 1 km from the heart of Sarlat, we put at your disposal this recent périgourdine spacious 400 m², composed of a 3300 m² park and trees, a swimming pool of 10x5m heated from April 15 to October 30 and its pool house.
Composed of 2 independent housing (one of 6 and one of 8 people), each with a large terrace of 50 m² equipped with barbecue, a garage and a private parking. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, are available for your table tennis and a football table.
The price includes water, electricity, heating (pool house), linen, cleaning end of stay.

I was sorry not to complete rhe visitors book at rhe house. Had I done so it would say that all 11 of us from the ages of 5 - 83 had the most amazing week! The accommodation was perfect and the welcome we received from Anna was a pure joy. Wonderful personal touches - the heavenly bread, wine, foie gras etc. Merci beaucoup!

Family holiday

A wonderful house with everything provided for an amazing stay. The swimming pool, boule pitch, table tennis were all used daily. The beautiful garden provided both sunny and shaded areas. We used the BBQ twice and the kitchens provided everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal!! The supermarkets were close by and an amazing boulangerie just down the road ( we took advantage of the buy 3 get one free!!) The house was in an ideal position to visit all the beautiful areas around the Dordogne and Vezere. The host Anna wss very helpful and left some tasty goodies. We would certainly recommend this amazing house.

Villa magnifique dans un superbe cadre

Nous revenons de notre we de 3 jours avec un groupe d’amis ; nous étions 14 et n’avons manqué de rien ! Tout était parfait : maison super équipée avec tout pour se sentir comme à la maison (barbecue, piscine chauffée, transats, table de ping pong, pétanque … nous avons été très bien accueillis par une hôte très sympa avec plein de petites attentions, dont les croissants au petit dej du 1er jour. La situation est parfaite pour sillonner dans la région et le cadre juste magique ! Le jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu, la literie est excellente et la maison au calme. Côté cuisine tout y est pour préparer de bons petits plats, même pour 14 adultes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Superbe maison

Superbe maison dans un grand jardin fleuri avec grande piscine, aires de jeux ( pétanque, balançoire, babyfoot, basket). La maison est partagée en 2 gites qui ne communiquent pas. Le 1er gite a 3 chambres rdc et s'ouvre sur la terrasse face à la piscine. Le 2eme gite avec 4 chambres sur 2 etages, a sa porte d'entrée à l'arrière sur le parking. Tout est parfait dans la maison, l'espace, la décoration et le materiel. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très disponibles.

Vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables (8 adultes et 6 enfants de 4 à 8 ans). Les maisons sont magnifiques et le matériel est plus que suffisant. Le beau jardin fleuri et la belle piscine nous invitaient à vivre et manger dehors. Tout le monde y trouvait de quoi faire à son gout : chercher le calme, faire des jeux de société ou nager ou encore jouer à la pétanque, .... Et n'oublions surtout pas la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Anna et son mari qui nous ont gaté avec des délicatesses et de quoi manger un bon petit déjeuner le premier jour. Un tout grand merci pour tout celà ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à la Mallegale haute!

Agréable séjour à Sarlat

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits en famille pour les fêtes de Noël. D’agréables attentions étaient là pour notre arrivée. Le logement constitué de deux maisons distinctes (elles ne communiquent pas entre elles, ils faut passer par l’extérieur pour y accéder, une donnant sur le jardin et l’autre côté parking en arrivant) est proche du centre ville de Sarlat, ce qui est agréable pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours. Commerces à proximité. La maison est bien équipée. Malheureusement, nous avons eu un problème de chauffage et d’eau chaude. Le problème du chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas, n’a pas pu être résolu durant notre séjour mais un chauffage par chambre a été mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour et remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Great property, amazing location

Our family group of 13 really enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and clean and has all the equipment you could possibly want. The pool and facilities were excellent and the location so close to Sarlat was amazing. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. If we could have changed just a couple of small things it would be to have rooms fans available for the hottest nights and to have a connecting staircase between the 2 parts of the property. Neither of these was enought to stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay and we would gladly return

Superb house split into two separate parts. Catered easily for three families, and the pool especially was excellent. We had all the facilities and equipment we could ask for, and the owners added some lovely personal touches of their own. Would highly recommend.

De perfectie in kwaliteit en hartelijkheid

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Ana heeft een hart voor kinderen. Beide echtelieden zeer toegewijd om het voor hun gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Prachtige eigendom met hyper complete uitrusting op alle vlak: zeer ruime en comfortabele dubbelwoonst met 7 echte kamers en dus zeer geschikt voor grote families. Groot zwembad en voldoende parkeergelegenheid en alles zeer netjes en proper: hygiëne 10 op 10.

Heerlijk huis!

Geweldige combinatie van twee woongedeelten met een lekker zwembad, een prachtige tuin en verder alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Voor de kinderen een kleine trampoline, zwembadbeveiliging, een basketbalplaatsje, tafelvoetbal etc. Ruim huis met prima terras. De gastvrije ontvangst met wijn, water, brood en chocolaatjes was fijn, evenals het ontbijt voor de deur op de eerste ochtend. We hebben echt een topweek gehad!

Magnifique

Excellent accueil. Rapport qualité prix au top. Ce gîte est beau et du propreté irréprochable lors de notre arrivée avec en prime pâté, bouteille de vin, œuf des poules de la propriétaire . Une attention particulière le premier matin avec viennoiseries et pain. Malgre le temps moyen nous nous sommes baignés dans la piscine chauffée au milieu d'un superbe jardin Adresse à recommander Comme je le dis dans mon titre MAGNIFIQUE
