Apartment of 60 m² located on the 3rd and last floor of a Provencal house which includes 1 apartment per floor. The apartment is air conditioned with a covered terrace of 10 m² and has 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room with American kitchen, a bathroom, shower, bidet and WC, Plenty of storage. Sunny, 'East' exposure for bedrooms and 'West' lounge and dining room. The bedrooms overlook a small quiet street and the living / dining room on the pedestrian street. Double glazing on all windows. Apartment refurbished in 2010 and very well maintained. At the foot of the pedestrian street, all shops, restaurants, pubs, wine bars and within a radius of 200 meters Provencal market, beach, port, rampart, Picasso museum and 400 m from the bus and train station ....
