Lovely holiday in Antibes

The apartment was perfect for us, on a quiet residential road 10 minutes walk from the town centre, it had a pretty green mature garden with many fruit trees and mediterranean plants & shrubs, tables and chairs in both sun and shade, and even a swing for our girl to use. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everything you would need for self-catering. We had a great time, and hope to return some day.

Eine große Wohnung, wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr sauber. Wir sind den Empfehlungen von Luce gefolgt, haben sogar Nizza, Grasse, Kap Ferrat ( Villa Rothschlid) und Cannes ua mit Bahn und Bus besucht. Das Auto stand wohlbehalten an der Wohnung. Wir müssen gerecht bleiben, im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen dieses Urlaubes, die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas gehoben werden . Aber es war alles da, Luce und Walter sind total nett! Vielen Dank!

Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder der Bahn Sightseeing zu machen. Antibes ist kein Dorf, sondern städtisch. Die Unterkunft liegt aber in einem Wohngebiet, in einer Nebenstraße.

Wunderschönes Grundstück nahe der Altstadt von Antibes (10 Minuten zu Fuß) mit tollem Garten (viele Möglichkeiten zum Draußensitzen). Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung bestens, TV in 2 Zimmern, gutes WLAN, alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detailund sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, herzlich und geben stets gute Tipps für Ausflüge und sind jederzeit ansprechbar.Alles in allem Tipp Topp!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen Garten

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Luce und Walter. Sie war sehr gut gelegen, mit einem sichernen Parkplatz für unser Auto. In der Wohnung selbst war alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und den Garten haben sowohl unsere Kinder als auch wir sehr genossen. Wir haben sehr viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps von den Vermietern bekommen. Definitiv zum Weiterempfehlen!

Logement super pour quatre avec deux enfants. Jardin très agréable et intérieur encore mieux que sur les photos, une excellente surprise. Il est très bien situé, à 15 min à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants!

Bonjour Jutta, je suis vraiment désolée que vous ayez trouvé l'appartement un peu sombre, vous n'avez, en effet, pas été gâtés par le temps qui était très orageux et mauvais pendant cette semaine de septembre, ce qui est rare. La verdure et l'ombrage du jardin sont plutôt très appréciés en cette saison car il fait normalement encore chaud. La location est à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville et 20 à 25 minutes des plages, l'avantage en est le calme du quartier résidentiel pas loin du vieil Antibes. Vous n'avez malheureusement pas eu la chance de profiter de notre appartement dans les meilleures conditions, et nous le regrettons. Cordialement, Walter et Luce

Good property in excellent location.

Excellent two bed villa within a fifteen minute walk of the centre of Antibes. Good facilities including reliable Wifi and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Valuable parking area and a secluded garden space. The owners, Walter and Luce are both extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We would most likely stay there / with them again. Merci Rob and Carol.

Au calme à 10 min à pied du centre

Tout est parfait. Le logement est super équipé (il y a même un caddie pour les courses, un parasol et des matelas pour la plage ...), un beau jardin, calme et proche du centre, une place de parking fermé et les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons.

Schöner Ort für autofreie Ferien!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, supernette Gastgeber und ein toller Garten =perfekte Ferien. Da wir mit dem tgv angereist sind konnten wir zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung laufen, alle anderen Orte sind zu Fuss, mit sehr guter Busverbindung (Haltestelle 100m vom Haus) oder alle Küstenorte unkompliziert per Bahn erreichbar. Toll ist auch, dass Walter und Luce einen handtrolley sowie stranutensilien wie Matten und Sonnenschirm bereithalten. Schön sind auch die vielen Bilder in der Wohnung die alle Luce gemalt hat. Damit superschöne unkomplizierte und Erlebnisreiche Ferien an der cote d‘Azur!

Tolle Zeit in Antibes

Wir haben trotz Corona-Krise drei tolle Wochen in der Wohnung von Luce und Walter in Antibes verbracht. Die Wohnung war ruhig aber trotzdem auch für unsere beiden Kinder fußläufig zu Strand und Altstadt gelegen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten, vor allem im wunderschönen Garten haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Der herumhoppelnde Hase war schnell der beste Freund von unseren Jungs. Walter und Luce waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, die uns trotz unserer sehr eingeschränkten Französischkenntnisse viele hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge etc. gegeben haben. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Hervorragend!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in der gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sowie in dem großen, wunderschönen Garten verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet: gemütliche Betten, eine Küche, in der sämtliche Küchenutensilien vorhanden sind, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, WLAN, zwei Fernseher, Gesellschaftsspiele, Strandutensilien, zwei Gartentische mit einem Sonnenschirm und Partybeleuchtung für die Abende bis hin zu einem Rollwagen für die Einkäufe. Wollte man nun unbedingt einen Haken suchen, dann könnte man höchstens erwähnen, dass das Bad, da es innenliegend ist, kein Fenster hat. Walter und Luce sind darüber hinaus überaus freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die uns nach stundenlangem Warten, da wir gefühlt ewig im Stau standen, auch abends noch bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles ausführlich erklärten und anschließend noch, wie auch bei weiteren zufälligen Treffen in den darauf folgenden Tagen, viele Tipps zur Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten in der Umgebung gaben, wobei manchmal auch einfach ein bisschen gequatscht wurde, ohne dass sie dabei in irgendeiner Art und Weise aufdringlich waren. Ein kleiner Unfall, der eine zerbrochene Backofenscheibe zur Folge hatte, wurde völlig problemlos abgewickelt. Schließlich kann auch die Lage der Villa überzeugen: Zu Fuß benötigt man in die Altstadt nur etwa 10 Minuten, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir sagen noch einmal „Danke schön!“ und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un séjour magnifique

Eine sehr gemütliche, vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Der wunderschöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alle wichtigen Ziele (Strand, Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. S+P

A l'écart de l'hyper-centre d'Antibes, une oasis de calme

Tout a été prévu par Walter et son épouse Luce pour bien nous accueillir dans cette ravissante villa, dans un quartier proche de tout, dont le jardin est le joyau. La location au rez-de-chaussée est très bien équipée et suffisante pour une villégiature. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour familial. Merci encore pour l'accueil.
