Great Bethany Getaway

Five of us stayed in this house for a long weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was really responsive and helpful. We spent time at the beach, which is a drive (not walkable), but the drive is only a few minutes. Would stay here again!

Such a peaceful home in a relaxing and calming neighborhood. The outdoor space was super inviting and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax when we weren’t out and about enjoying the beach or doing other activities. Great location with easy access to downtown Bethany, Dewey/Rehoboth and Fenwick. Thanks!

Family Gathering

The house is absolutely beautiful,clean,comfortable and bright. Kevin responded immediately to all emails. The pool was quiet and an easy walk. We would rent again.

Beautiful home in gated community.

Our family was very happy with our rental. The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner left detailed instructions and returned our texts/emails quickly. The only complaints I have were the broken ice maker in the refrigerator and the need to replace many of the pillows in the bedrooms. Overall, the house lived up to the beautiful pictures on the website. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in Bethany Beach.

Spectacular Home and Worry-Free Logistics

This house was beautiful — spacious, bright, luxurious decor, tons of great outdoor deck areas for lounging. All instructions were clear for check-in and check-out, appliances, etc. The owner was incredibly easy to deal with, and the house logistics were easy to follow. Added benefits of this location are the gated, beautiful neighborhood and great pool. Also, it is very close to the beautiful South Indian River Inlet Beach Delaware State Park, which is so family friendly with easy and ample parking, chair and umbrella rental, full restaurant and concessions, etc. We are very picky renters and recommend this lovely home with confidence.

Overall our family was very happy with the house. Very clean and well kept.

Great time, great place pictures where true to the eye. House had plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Clean and well kept, community was very well taken care of. Only con I would have to say is the original description said the beach was a 2-3 min walk across Rt. 1. The only truth to that is the beach is on the other side of Rt. 1 if you are trying to go to the beach for the day and sit you cannot walk to the beach due to all the gated communities. Our family will be back next year still would recommended aslong as your fine with driving to the beach everyday.

Family vacation

Overall the house was very nice and roomy. It’s close to the community pool which was very convenient. We were disappointed with a couple of things: On the day after our arrival, we discovered we had no hot water or cooking capabilities as there was no propane in the fuel tank. The owner ordered an emergency delivery which arrived later that evening. Needless to say, this was very inconvenient and not something we would expect from this type of rental. For whatever reason (after multiple tries), we could not get the outside TV to work. Also, all of the bed pillows should be replaced (or bring your own)

Thanks for your feedback. Our home runs on a propane tank systems like most in the Bethany Beach area. The issue was immediately fixed and the propane was re-filled the same day. The outdoor TV is fully operational, and I would defer to "user error." As stated in the contract, we recommend bringing all linens, pillows, and towels! Kevin
