The Coastal Oasis – Storm Bait Luxury

STUNNING custom built home with PRIVATE (heated) Pool in the center of home! This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is just a 30 second walk to the beach! Here are just a few of the amenities we offer: 8 Flat screen televisions (one in each bedroom, one in the sun room, upstairs family room (60 inch) and main living room (60 inch) and gas fireplace. Outside shower gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A chef`s dream! You will not find a better home.
🚫 Cancellation & Credit Policy:

✔️All direct bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that travel plans may change. For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival and outside of Peak Season (defined as June 15 – September 15),
✔️ Host may offer a credit toward a future stay, valid for up to 12 months from the original check-in date. Credit is subject to availability and must be used in a single reservation.
✔️For reservations made through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo), the cancellation terms published on the respective Booking Site shall apply, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
✔️Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policies of the platform used.

The place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Access to beach was great, place was decently cleaned and had sufficient table space, dishes and silverware to accomadate everyone. Had to replace batteries in multiple tv remotes as well as the fireplace one..and they need to replace fuse for dishwasher. Overall was a great place to spend our family Thanksgiving.

We had a great family vacation! First time at Fenwick and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Kitchen and living area were great for cooking and hanging around together, but plenty of other places to go if you wanted some quiet time.

Great Fenwick Property

Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day.

This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year.

Great Birthday Celebration for Mom

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday for mom. We had a total of 12 people in the house and it was spacious and clean. The 5 Master Bedrooms is great and the kids loved the pool. It’s sobclose to the beach and shops & restaurants. This was our first trip to Fenwick Island (we go to the Outer Banks every year as a family) and this may be a new spot for us. Highly recommend Storm Bait.
