Beautiful Appt T3 of 70 m2. Mazargues.
Splendid terrace of 70 m2 between Sky, Calanques and Sea. Last floor (triple exposure E, O and S).
Very nice new apartment, on the 5th and last floor with elevator, no vis-à-vis, very bright, adapted to the handicap. South Marseille. Accessible terrace from each room! View completely cleared, panoramic and splendid on all the Calanques. West side: sea view with Gaby Island in the distance and sunsets.

Beautiful residence with modern architecture and signed Pietri .... very calm and in the greenery.
BBC housing with solar hot water, natural ventilation (housing through).
Residence with intercom.
Collective bicycle room.
Free parking in the street without any difficulties.

4 minutes by car departures in the Calanques.
The beaches of Prado or Pointe Rouge are 5 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike.
Bike paths at the foot of the apartment.
Bus stops for the city center or the beach are within 5 minutes walk.
Mazargues area full of charm: 5 minutes walk. A Simply Market is 400m away.
The Bonneveine shopping center is 3 minutes by car

Great location, clean and comfortable

We had a great time visiting the local area and the Calanques national park. The accommodation was just as described. Great views and a quiet neighbourhood. The host greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was satisfactory. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great apartment with top view and balcony

Great apartment. The view is great and the balcony is awesome - but only with the right weather. Unfortunately we had too low temperatures + high winds and low temperatures. The amenities are great - everything you need. The location is also good - close to all the great desitnations if you happen to be by car. By foot a little bit more difficult. Can only recommend this great place to anyone wanting to visit Marseille and the Calanques next to it.

Séjour à Marseille

Nous avons séjourné durant la deuxième semaine d’août. L’appartement est très confortable, moderne. La terrasse offre de beaux points de vues. La situation géographique du logement est proche de commerces et de commodités en tous genres. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Points négatifs: manque la climatisation durant les fortes chaleurs et chaleur étouffante dans les communs.

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce et aux photos. Très bien exposé avec une terrasse magnifique et plaisant à vivre. Seul bémol la réception qui a été un peu chaotique .

Appartement très agréable able

L'appartement est situé non loin des routes permettant d'accéder aux calanques, aux Goudes sans être obligé de repasser par le centre de Marseille. Le bien est très agréable et baigné de lumière avec une très grande terrasse permettant de déjeuner au soleil.

3 jours à Marseille

Nous sommes restées 3 jours aux alentours de Marseille. L’appartement est bien placé, par ailleurs, il est retiré du centre ville. Cependant les plages à Marseille ne sont pas formidables. Il faut penser à prendre la voiture pour se rendre a d’autres plages. La possibilité de louer des Uber pour se rendre au centre ville est faisable. L’appartement est beau et spacieux. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Des supermarchés, station essence, boulangerie sont à proximité. Charlotte est disponible pour des informations si nécessaire. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Alles perfekt!

Die helle modern gestaltete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt und die tolle Aussicht genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, es fehlt an nichts! Die traumhafte Terrasse lädt abends zum gemütlichen sitzen ein. Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen mit dem Auto ideal. Es war rundherum ein perfekter Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort! Ein großes Dankeschön an Florence.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Marseille et cet appartement à grandement contribué. L’appartement moderne et de bon goût est très lumineux et bénéficie d’un espace extérieur permettant une exposition optimale quelque soit l’heure de la journée pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner siestes etc... Le contact avec les propriétaires est très efficace et sympathique. Je le recommande fortement ! Paul

Sehr gute Leistung zu einem fairen Preis!

Der größte Pluspunkt des Appartments ist der Rundumblick von der Terrasse aus: Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick, gleichzeitig kann niemandem einen in die Wohnung schauen. Der zweite große Pluspunkt ist, dass die Wohnung und die Einrichtung sehr neu ist. Man kann sich gut vorstellen, sofort in die Wohnung einzuziehen. Praktisch ist, dass von der Waschmaschine, über die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine bis zum Bügeleisen alles da ist.

Formidable!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 6 adultes dans cet appartement. L'appartement est à l'image des photos, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré et la terrasse est un véritable atout pour les repas en extérieur. On y accède par toutes les pièces, ce qui en fait un appartement très lumineux. La vue y est magnifique. L'appartement est au calme dans une jolie résidence neuve, et non loin de la calanque de Sormiou (quelques minutes en voiture). Nous étions véhiculés et avons facilement pu trouver une place de parking au pied de la résidence. Tous les voyageurs ont été ravi de l'appartement. Je le recommande fortement et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!
