In Provence, a natural, peaceful setting. Swimming pool in July/August/September

Welcome to the Gîte du Chat Bleu, a 45m² detached house with a 15m² terrace, located on our property bordering a private forest. The swimming pool is open in July, August, and September (with set hours).

This rental is ideal for a family of two adults and two children.

It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a dining area with a round wooden table and five chairs, a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a window. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets (if needed in summer).

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms:

One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140x200cm) and a window overlooking the forest and garden.

One bedroom upstairs (with a door) with two single beds (90x200cm) and a pull-out bed (90x200cm). This bedroom also has a window overlooking the forest. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area furnished as a reading nook with books and games available.

The property is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. It comprises a 4000m² garden, both sunny and shaded, on which our house is also located, as well as an adjoining private forest of one hectare of pine and oak trees.

PLEASE NOTE:
The 12x5m swimming pool is OPEN ONLY IN JULY, AUGUST, AND SEPTEMBER. It is naturally heated by the sun. It is shared amicably, with access hours from 1 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is reserved for our family.

Please note that the pool is not secured by a barrier, but by an alarm.

For safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept families with non-swimming children.

In the garden, you will have access to a large trampoline, two swing sets, and a ping-pong table.

For your safety, the swimming pool and facilities on the property are subject to rules that you will sign upon arrival.

Only guests will have access to the cottage and the property; visits are only permitted with prior agreement from the owners.
We do not have an electric vehicle charging station, so you will not be able to charge your electric car on site.
The Blue Cat cottage is located at the very end of the road on the large property. It is completely separate from our house and offers complete privacy.
Please note that due to its proximity to the forest, the cottage is reserved for non-smokers only (inside and outside).
The cottage is very sunny and has a private garden area with shrubs and pine trees, sun loungers, an outdoor table and six wrought-iron chairs, as well as a large parasol.

On the property, there are chickens in a coop at the far end of the garden and friendly cats that roam freely.

We are passionate about nature, hiking, mountain biking, and walks, and we would be delighted to advise you on exploring our beautiful region!
The Gîte du Chat Bleu is very well located: a 5-minute drive from the shops (Intermarché, Casino), bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants in the village. In the main square of the village of La Bouilladisse, you'll find a children's playground, sports facilities, and a modern skate park.

The gîte offers easy access to Aubagne (15 minutes), Aix-en-Provence (20 minutes), Marseille, the beaches of Cassis and La Ciotat, and the magnificent Calanques!

Our beautiful Provençal region is full of fascinating sites to visit (the Carrières de Lumières, Les Baux-de-Provence, the Calanques, the Huveaune springs, the Sainte-Baume cave and chapel, etc.).
The gîte is also an ideal location for relaxing in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, and for enjoying sports. We can recommend hiking and mountain biking trails starting right from the house, through the forests or along the paths and through the Régagnas mountain range.

The gîte is ideal for families who enjoy exploring the region.
