This house will make you feel right at home it's an old beach house made for fun where you can feel safer in a clean sanitized environment. You are welcome to spend your vacation at my Beautiful four bedroom house with extra sleeping area. This place is great for families, couples, business men and women or adventures looking for a unique experience in Myrtle Beach.
Fully equipped kitchen and a two old school Beach bathrooms
Very large living room with Flat screen TV, Dining table in small dining area, Laundry area in the master bedroom.

My house is 4 blocks away from a fishing pier and 3 and half blocks away from the beach the board walk restaurants night clubs and amusement parks.

There are all kinds of eateries and restaurants around and malls for your shopping

There is a full time tenant in the back house she has a separate private deck and entrance she's a friendly and won't bother you unless you need her she will give you a hand or even guide you on where to go for restaurants and the different sites of Myrtle Beach

This place is awesome

I loved it there the owner is so nice and was available to be reach anytime. The house was so clean and comfortable when it was time to leave we want to stay. Craig is a very nice family man and very understanding. We walked to the beach and amusement park and with my family size we cook on the grill that save us a lot of money. I have nothing bad to say about this house. I am trying to figure out what time next year I am going because 3 days is not enough. Next year when I go it will be for 7 days. Yes you should stay here very big for a family of 10

Me and my family have been visiting MB for over 30 years. Me my wife and then 5 year old son moved to the Beach during the 2K year I had a job opportunity there and we thought it was a good move for us. We found this house and fell in love with the place and neighbors. Well sometimes it's hard to leave home when you still have family there. My wife was so home sick we ended up moving back home 2 yeas later but have kept the Myrtle Beach home we enjoy our vacations there and share it with our families. We rent the place to pay expenses and don't mind sharing our vacation home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is Great 3 blocks off the beach but 1 block over business 17 so you can be close to all the action and restaurants but enjoy the quiet of the family neighborhood. You can listen to the whistle of the Family Kingdom amusement park train in the Summer evenings and watch the 2nd Ave Peir fireworks on Tuesdays right from the porch.

What makes this property unique

I believe in many ways a single home is the way to go so you can have the family together in one place. The kitchen is great so you can cook in or eat out. You can hear the whistle from the amusement park in the Summer evenings and enjoy the 2nd ave Pier fireworks right from the porch. Plenty of free parking for your cars truck or rentals. Bring your Sea-Doo or small boat with you. If you have a golf cart or motorcycle bring it along.
