LOCATED IN THE CLOSEST NEIGHBORHOOD TO THE BEACH!

Peter's House is situated in the Piney Island area. It is within 1/2 mile of Maddox Blvd., the road to Assateague Island and the beach. It is very convenient to and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, miniature golf and much more.
There is off street parking at the house for three vehicles. The 2 bedroom/1 bath home is centrally air conditioned and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living.
The living room has a double size futon sofa, lounge chairs, and tv. Other items included are dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, dish washer, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own bedding (3 Twin/2 Double) and towels/wash cloths.
We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.

A WONDERFUL stay on Chincoteague

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Peter’s house! It was perfect for us!We especially enjoyed how close it was to Assateague and the beach and how quiet the neighborhood was.Would highly recommend- tremendous space and experience!

Everything was wonderful! The house was private but so close to everything. We were able to access the nature trails and bike paths without ever needing to go on the main road, which was wonderful with our children who were not yet confident with biking. Overall the house was perfect and our stay was fantastic, we can’t wait to go back next summer!

Relaxing week at Peter’s House

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s House! Everything was very clean and it was a nice, quiet home base to enjoy Chincoteague and Assateague from. Debbie was very responsive to our questions and we had a very restful vacation.

Lovely stay in Piney Island

We had a lovely family stay in Chincoteague’s Piney Island at Peter’s House. The location is perfect particularly if you want easy access to Assateague. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for R & R.

Nice little house!

We had a lovely stay. Our one-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the open floor plan and the screened-in porch, which gave her more independence than she enjoys at home! Our visit could have been improved by the availability of wi-fi in the house.

We were happy to see how clean the home was when we arrived. We appreciate that the living area and kitchen are bright and open, and the bathroom is spacious. We enjoyed having meals in the screened-in porch.

Cleanest rental we have had

The property was incredibly clean upon arrival. It's nice to see property owners who care about cleanliness. The location was great, within walking distance to a few different shops and restraunts. We seen a lot of wildlife in the neighborhood. Very nice place for a small family. Looking forward to returning.
