Maderno is a nice town

Maderno is a lovely today in Lake Garda. We had a nice time when we were there. The apartment is small and we did have some issues with pool restrictions between 1pm and 3pm which we were unaware about before we arrived. The main issue however I have is with the Property Manager on our return. On departure we requested 5 minutes to finish packing and the person checking us out came in and told us all was ok and to just leave the key. We did a general tidy however issues occurred when we returned home regarding waste being left and a stain on the couch (which was the main issue). I explained I didn't notice when the stain occurred and communicated that with the Property Manager however I felt the tone on the return email wasn't very nice. We expected the apartment would be cleaned when we left (as they always have to do and we felt we paid a good bit for our stay so assuming service charge is included). I did not polish or hoover on departure as cleaning has to occur. I did do a general clean up. Regarding the stain I explained that perhaps my 5 year old sat on the couch with sun cream as it was the only thing I could think of (I am still unsure as we were not in the apartment that much) and tried to explain that. She then proceeded to say that I should have taken pictures on arrival if I felt the stain was there before I arrived. To be honest when I arrive the last thing on my mind is taking pictures especially of stains (however maybe now I will do so - this hasn't happened before). To me a holiday home is for living in whilst you are there obviously taking the best care of it. Reflecting back perhaps this apartment isn't for kids as things happen and its hard to know how? I did not mind the complaint but did mind the tone of the email. I felt it wasn't very nice and she wanted to keep the deposit anyways. It is one word against another. I would warn others to ensure that the apartment is checked over by the manager on departure (even if he is in a rush) as its your word against their's after. Maderno is a lovely town and Lake Garda is very beautiful.

Soggiorno indimenticabile e giudizio strapositivo. Grazie Salvatore Di Simone

Sehr saubern, sehr gepflegt. Empfehlenswert!

Alles da , was man so braucht. Gerne einmal wieder.

Thanks for the wonderful review. Although we have not known directly, but only through exchange of several emails, we could appreciate the reliability and punctuality of Michael. We are happy because we were able to meet the needs of our guests and especially because Michael and Renate have been shown to have appreciated the main characteristics of the apartment and of the residence and the service we offer that would always be perfect.

Very kind guests. Thank you very much for your review. You were the first guests in 2015 of Casa dei LImoni and our management of the apartment for tourists. As we also do in Parma, we offer our guests accommodation solutions well furnished, with efficient services and that they can convey emotions to our guests. We looked forward to your review. To know that you have appreciated the apartment and our services is a source of great satisfaction and a stimulus to further improvements. I sincerely hope to see you again our guests. Best wishes.
