About this property

On the quays of a Marina, with large covered terrace and equipped garden, located a few meters from the beach with views of the gulf and the village of Saint Tropez, 5 km away.
It is close to Port Grimaud, "Little Venice", about ten km from the Provencal villages of Grimaud, Cogolin city, Gassin and Ramatuelle. Sainte Maxime is 9 km away.
In just 5 minutes on foot you will reach various shops and restaurants, a large shopping center and Luna Park
A security guard checks the entrances into the Marina (barrier) day and night. The exit is by badge.
The enclosed private parking is attached to the apartment.
The beach is nearby and a private, supervised and paying swimming pool is open from mid-June to the end of August in the Marina.
A free maritime shuttle runs regularly during the summer months between the various residences of the port and drops you off if you wish near the beach, a family beach accessible on foot in a few minutes.
The beaches of Pampelonne, Tahiti, Salins, Escalet de Gigaro ... are less than 10 km away. The landscaped coastal path will offer you wonderful walks for walking or diving in the turquoise water.
From the Cogolin Marines, a cycle path runs along the coast and allows you to go to Saint Tropez, Cavalaire, Saint Maxime or even further. Many mountain bike trails will lead you to the Massif de Maures.

Aufenthalt in Port Cogolin

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist etwas alt und hat teilweise Rost angesetzt. Die Betten sind eher unbequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und gerade am Hafen gelegen. Ideal für junge Erwachsene, die einfach etwas zum Übernachten brauchen.
