FULLY FURNISHED 2 bedrooms 2 bath Spanish style attached villa, new Impact windows and a new impact full glass door. There is an enclosed air conditioned Florida room, made for complete relaxation over looking the lake and its fountains. Enjoy the bright warm sunny southern exposure from your very private place in paradise. The Glades is a great place to golf, relax at the pool and has a small on site restaurant for lunch. We are 10 minutes from the beach and downtown Naples. Glades offers two golf courses, a par 70 and a par 55, a pro-shop, the 19th hole restaurant, 10 tennis courts, Beautiful pool with a golf course view, bocce courts and shuffleboard. Minutes to the downtown shops and restaurants of 5th Ave. S., 3rd Street and the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Naples Glades Condo

The condo was in a great location in Naples. We enjoyed walking and the pool. Amenities at the Glades Country Club were also nice. The golf course was beautiful. The condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. We would return.

Location

We enjoy this area of Naples. Close to downtown but far enough out to be quiet and close to good restaurants, RX, Grocery, & etc. We enjoyed the location of this condo as it was within walking distance of the pool, clubhouse, & restaurant. The neighborhood was very walkable and everyone we met along the way were very friendly. The golf course was in great shape as was the pool, bocce ball, & shuffleboard courts. We would definitely consider staying here again

Pandemic Paradise

We were looking for a low rise building in southern Florida with private entrance, spacious clean accommodations and an outdoor area all suitable to waiting out the pandemic in winter with the ability to exercise outside and get to a beach easily. We got all that and more. This rental included the country club privileges and amenities too. We enjoyed outdoor dining at the club house, as well as lots of bike riding in the area on designated bike lanes and through nature preserves. (Ask for a bike map at a local bike shop or see the one we left in the unit. ). As for the unit itself, it was well appointed, spacious, quiet, and very clean. The bed was firm and comfortable ( no sore backs). The well ventilated screened in or optional enclosed Florida room was an added bonus and became our favorite place for breakfast overlooking the pond with the sounds of the soothing fountain. Lots of waterfowl and other birds, this being an Audubon Sanctuary. The Landlord, Italo, was excellent and exceptionally responsive. The couple of times I needed to call him with a question he answered each time within seconds. A real find; I almost hate telling others about it!

Everything we hoped for and more!

Our condo was nestled in a awesome community in the heart of Naples!! Clean and well kept with a beautiful view of the lake with a fountain. The golf courses were amazing and we had 9 pools to choose from!! Diana and Italo were wonderful to work with and took care of our every need. All of this during the Covid-19 pandemic!! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to visit all the restaurants and beaches we had hoped but if we had to be anywhere while this was going on I’m thankful we were here. The Glades community took every precaution to keep us safe and healthy. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The Best Rental!

We were extremely fortunate to have rented in this wonderful villa. Although not new, we loved the privacy, community and location. The best! Our hosts were so gracious and communicative. No problems whatsoever. Naples is wonderful with lots of pretty beaches and golf courses available. We can walk from our place to the 19th Hole! Can’t say enough about this rental. It’s perfect!
