Condo Description: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Office, 2 Bathrooms, Living-room, open kitchen and a balcony/patio with view of Nature Preserve (Birds). Botanical Place offers a Community Pool-area, BBQ-area and welcoming club-house with Gym. It is located in Naples' Bayshore Arts District. It is close to the famous USOP Pickleball Courts, the Naples Botanical Garden, the walkway to Sugden Park and Lake Avalon, the Ankrolab Brewing Company, Popular Celebration Park with Tiki-Bar & Quality Food-Trucks, the MED restaurant and many other restaurants to choose from. Naples white sandy beaches are 4.4 miles away, The Mainstreet: 5th Avenue South 3.1 Miles.

RENTAL INFORMATION: The HOA rental application takes ca. 30 days. Application Fee $150, Background-check per adult $75. These fees are not included in the VRBO reservation total.

SHARED AMENITIES: The condo is part of Community Botanical Place. All shared amenities (Pool, Hot tub, Gates, BBQ, Clubhouse, Gym etc.) are managed by the HOA and Management Company and may be subject to maintenance or closures beyond owner control. Shared amenities are not guaranteed by owners. In case there is a problem, please let us know and we will notify the Management Company/HOA and request them to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Lovely condo close to everything. Short drive to the beach, shopping, and dining. Lovely, welcome gift from the hostess totally listening to the birds and watching the butterflies while having my coffee In the morning was a treat.

Cosy Condo centrally located

I thoroughly enjoyed spending 8 weeks at this condo. The unit was cosy and had easy access to many prime locations in the area! The landlords were very responsive anytime that I had questions! I would rent again if renter's were allowed to have pets!

We stayed 7wks w/a mixed experience. Location was convenient, quiet, clean, comfortable. However, many amenities were not functioning/not available as advertised. Most notable was the hot tub, which was listed as an amenity but did not work for the majority of our stay. Multiple residents told us this is an ongoing issue & it is frequently broken. Management informed us the HOA Board is aware of the problem but chosen not to fund the necessary repairs.We raised this w/the owner, who stated the hot tub is not her responsibility since it is managed by the HOA. When we requested some form of refund, she reiterated it was out of her control. After trying to resolve this directly w/the owner, we contacted VRBO who stated if an amenity is listed, it should be functional regardless of HOA involvement, and we should receive a partial refund. VRBO agreed to split the refund cost w/the owner, but to date, owner has not responded or issued any refund after several requests by VRBO & myself.Other amenities were missing/not functioning that were not as concerning (bbq grills, gates, blender), but did contribute to the overall impression the property is not well maintained. I have never left a negative review. Unfortunately, the combo of non-functioning amenities, lack of accountability, & unresolved refund issues leads us to say that we cannot recommend this unit or this host. *BE AWARE: OWNER HAS NOW ADDED A WARNING THAT “SHARED AMENITIES” ARE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL AND NOT GUARANTEED.*
