Amazing Condo!

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Very roomy for up to six, good set of kitchen ammenities, awesome view of the ocean from every room, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, close to many great restaurants and attractions, but away from the crowds. Would go back.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. It was in a great location and the condo was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated comfy too. Loved the balcony furniture as well. The view was beautiful too! Definitely was sad to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone! We will he back to stay here for sure!

Wow We loved it

Fantastic. Great view, great beach accommodations and very responsive manager. I wish the shower water pressure was better but I’m guessing low flow shower heads are required. Impressive how clean the beach is and how well organized the beach chair company kept things. We will look to stay there again.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and you liked the unit however we did not receive a phone call or text regarding any issues with the sliding door. The handle is actually an inset handle for the sliding door so the handle wasn't missing, there just isn't a handle to grab "per say" if that is what you are referring to? If the door was hard to open we would have sent maintenance immediately to rectify the issue so please let us know immediately the next time you stay with us if you find any mtnce issues. We are very prompt to address these items to ensure all guests have a stress free vacation stay! ;)

Our Stay at the Beach

The condo itself was fairly updated and had a nice big patio. Unfortunately, it was not clean - there was hair everywhere, under chair legs, on the tile floor, on rugs...then I looked under the beds - disgusting. My husband and I wore sandals inside the condo the entire time we were there. Lobby and elevators need serious cleaning and updating!

We post within all of your paperwork and booklets in the properties to contact us IMMEDIATELY if anything is unsatisfactory or maintenance is needed. We obviously do not have anything to do with the elevator lobbies but I will forward this onto Long Beach management. Please, the next time you stay in a condo/home rental...before posting a poor review...give the property manager/owner the chance to correct the issues before posting a negative review.

What can I say

It was good A bit pricey .In need of a new toaster as only 2slats were working .1 of the outside chairs at the table broke.While sitting at the table .A couple of blind panels were missing or on the floor in the bedroom .one of the beds was squeaky and uncomfortable .pools were cold.

The mattresses are all brand-new so which bed where you problems with? Adult Trip

This was an planned adult trip. Some flew in from Wa State, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia. What a great experience with this company and very friendly. The unit was very inviting and relaxing and having security on the grounds at all times was a plus. A group of young adults tried to cut thru to go to the beach and they were made to walk outside the grounds before thwy could even reach the security shack.... Loved it- we'll be back!

This is a gorgeous, clean condo. Everything was perfect with the exception of the unit being hot and stuffy. The units ac is controlled by the owners that weren’t on the property. I believe you pay for the ac as part of the rental cost??
