SANDY TOES is located on the Ft. Morgan peninsula in Heritage Shores subdivision and offers plenty of space for your family. Heritage Shores offers a community swimming pool, clubhouse, a tennis court and the sandy beaches are within walking distance.

Easy to maintain luxury vinyl plank flooring is the newest feature at this approximately 1950 sq. ft. home. Sandy Toes is a 4 bedrooms/ 4.5 baths with a large balcony that includes seating and picnic table. The Living Room offers 3 sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa and a Large Television..

The open Kitchen offers granite counter tops with both large and small appliances, as well as cookware and utensils for your family breakfast or dinner. The kitchen offers seating for four with the adjacent Dining Area offering seating for 6.

The Primary Bedroom offers King Bedding with Television, and Private Bathroom. The Primary En Suite offers double sinks and a tub/shower combo. A twin captain style daybed is offered in the hallway outside the Primary Bedroom which offers an additional sleeping space for a child or small adult. Guest Bedroom 2 & Guest Bedroom 3 offer Queen Bedding, Television, & Private Bathroom. The Kids Nook offers one Twin/Full Bunk Bed and one Twin/Twin Bunk Bed making this room capable of sleeping 5. The laundry room offers a full size washer/ dryer and half bath.

The subdivision offers an outdoor pool and tennis court, which is just next door to the house and the beach is a very short walk to sticking your toes in the sand.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, Communal Tennis Court, Walking Distance to Beach Access, Charcoal Grill provided under the house for use

*PARKING: Covered parking is available underneath the house and additional vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or in/on the street. Parking permits are not required.

*PETS:
This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during
your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid
prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages
caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your
responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at
any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in
being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Great property for groups large and small!
We had SO much fun this week at Sandy Toes! We enjoyed it so much we even extended our stay. Location is perfect and close to the beach access. The house is right by the pool and tennis courts, which made it perfect for the kids to play while being within eyesight. House was much bigger than it looked in the pictures, and accommodated our large group without feeling cramped. It was very clean, well stocked, and in great condition. Communication was very easy with the management company, we needed to get a hold of them one day and they responded quickly and were very helpful. We hope to return next year!!

Everything really is better at the beach!
We had a most delightful time staying at this property! The house was walk-in ready when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the open floor plan that allowed some to watch TV while others played card games at the table, yet we were all together. Beach access was just around the corner and the walk was not far at all. We took advantage of the tennis court/basketball court and the pools. (I especially liked that the pools were salt water and not chlorine.) And there was a game room with foosball (and maybe pool; I can't remember). The neighborhood was nice and made for pleasant morning and evening walks. And the beach... what's not to like about the beach? Maybe when the toilets begin to show signs of not flushing properly? Once we realized the problem on Day Two, I immediately emailed the property manager. It was after 9pm, and I didn't expect a response until the next day, but within 5 minutes, she had emailed AND CALLED me! She apologized and said she would have someone out there first thing in the morning (which was the case). Note: we could still flush; just not well. It turns out that the grinder pump needed to be replaced and the worker had to shut the water off for one hour. Guess what? We just went to the beach! So yeah, everything really is better at the beach, and the property manager handled the situation with speed and urgency, which we appreciated. (And future vacationers should have nothing to worry about going forward!) Finally, the house is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog along, which was the best.

New Couches Needed
We liked three full size couches in the living room but they are worn out, broken down, and very DIRTY. The rug is also gross. It is pet-friendly (which I did not notice before I rented) and it smells like a wet dog when you walk in. We also heard the owner never returned after Hurricane Sally in 2020 and the ceilings have some black spots and need repainted. Is it mold? The location of the house is great and the bathroom in each bedroom is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. It was clean as far as what a weekly cleaning service can do. It just needs a deep clean and some TLC.

Close to beach, pool and tennis. Parking under house convenient and it was nice not waiting on elevators, luggage carts and parking spaces. Quiet area, no crowds and restaurants are close enough. Only complaint is the vbro fees that don't show up until you're checking out are ridiculous.....
