The entire home is on the ground floor, except for Bedroom 1 with its Bathroom 1, its terrace (with sea and mountain views), and the office. The first floor is accessed via a majestic staircase.

The kitchen has: An oven, microwave, dishwasher, very large ceramic stovetop, 3 different coffee makers, 2 large refrigerators, 1 large freezer, a toaster, a kettle, an endless supply of dishes, kitchen and table cutlery, serving platters, salad bowls, Tupperware, oven mitts, tea towels, paper towels, paper napkins, tall and short glasses, wine glasses, spirits glasses, coffee or tea cups of various sizes, dishwasher tablets, dish soap and hand soap, a complete set of pots and pans, children's tableware, and a large pantry.

Large windows with sliding doors in Living Room 1, Living Room 3, and Bedroom 2 overlook a pool that simulates an oasis surrounded by greenery. In addition to bath towels, pool/beach towels are provided for each guest.

The pool area has hammocks, sun loungers, side tables, a bar with high stools, and umbrellas.

Outdoors, there are four areas where you can eat, chat, have a drink, or simply enjoy nature.

At dusk, the facade, the garden trees, and the pool are automatically illuminated, creating a dreamy atmosphere.

Of special note is the built-in barbecue, which, in addition to the grill, has a wood/charcoal pizza oven and a sink with a light, barbecue utensils, a grill, matches, mitts, and more. Next to it are two tables for 16 people, covered with awnings.

Children also have their own play area with a swing and a jumping mat. Next to the large clothesline is a storage unit with pool toys.
