Stone cottage facing south west located at the exit of the village of Minihic sur Rance. The bakery is 400m, the Rance and the GR 34 are 750m, the beach 1400m.
It was completely redone in 2018.
It is composed of an independent fitted kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 independent toilet, two shower rooms, one with WC.
