Gorgeous 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom double sinks , nice kitchen , gas fireplace in living room . Home is beautifuly decorated and has a great deck with gas BBQ overlooking the Marina and Lake , boat slip included for up to a 20’ boat . Basement knock off suite is available as well if needing it has a bedroom and bathroom ,at an extra charge and is Also available to be rented out separately and can be booked on VBRO

Oh, we'll be back!!

We stayed on this property while I was performing at a music festival nearby and we quickly agreed that it was the best choice we could have made. The accommodations were comfortable and it was so nice to have a lovely place to escape to off festival grounds, that felt like home! Wayne was amazing when it came to communication. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip out!

Amazing lake rental!

We chose Lake Cowichan for our annual girls trip and absolutely loved this rental. It was immaculate with beautiful decor. Wayne and Michaela were both lovely to deal with. We’ll be back!!

Perfect location and beautiful accomodations

Everything that you could possibly need is provided. It is clean, well laid out and has a beautiful view of the marina. Bedrooms all have comfortable beds with nice duvets. All within walking distance into town. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home this is it. Communication with the host is quick and efficient.

Great location for river tube

Three couples stayed for one night after tubing the cowichan river. It’s walking distance from the tube shack and very accessible. The place was clean, the beds comfortable and the check in process simple. We were interrupted mid-dinner by the property manager I believe? We felt surveilled for the rest of our visit which was a little uncomfortable as we expected having privacy.

A fantastic lakefront property for a family vacation.

We have been visiting the Cowichan area for years, and were extremely happy to find Wayne's property as accommodations are becoming harder and harder to find. Everything in the unit is top notch quality, very comfortable, and the large deck was fantastic. Wayne and Michaela were great to work with, and made the whole experience extremely simple and stress free. We will definitely be planning another visit in the future :)

Pictures don’t do the view justice.

I stayed with my family while in town to attend my brother in law’s wedding. We appreciated the air conditioning as we were staying during a heatwave. It was so fun for my son to watch the boats launching at the Marina. The property was in nice shape and decorated well. The beds were super comfy. There is an additional property that can be rented with the house as well as a bunkhouse but I believe they are rented through the Marina. Very neat set up. No cable but I was able to use my Netflix account. No WiFi. The deck was great! BBQ, outdoor dining table and outdoor couches and chairs. There was an umbrella but it was unfortunately broken. We would stay here again.

Great spot, if you are spending time In lake cowichan this an excellent and convenient accommodation

Clean and great spot. Check 8n and check was super organized and easy.
