The house was VERY clean, the beds were awesome to sleep in… we actually slept in a couple mornings! The neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants… and just a short stroll to King St. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay in Rebecca's beautiful Charleston home was fantastic! Her communication prior to our trip was always very prompt & informative. Same goes for while we were there. Great house that comfortably worked for everyone

This downtown house worked well for everything the 10 of us wanted for our girls trip in Charleston. Comfortable beds, good location and parking, and a very accommodating host! Rebecca checked in by text just to be sure all was ok after our first night, and she went an extra mile to mail a package that arrived late even after we had left. Great stay and everything in the post is accurate.

70th birthdays celebration

Great time at the Palm House. Nice to have a single family home that was quiet, homey, and comfortable. Our family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra amenities were provided. Enjoyed that it was convenient walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, etc. The host was easy to communicate with. Would book again.

Great stay for a girl's weekend

We stayed at the house for a long weekend girl's trip and it worked out great for us. We had plenty of space, including a lovely outdoor area in the back, and two porches. The house was clean and well-kept overall. The location is convenient to upper King St (about a 10 minute walk) and to the rest of the peninsula (15-30 minute walk depending on where you're going). Ride share and taxi services are convenient as well. We would stay again and recommend this property.

Wonderful location, but management a bit faulty

Generally fine except that during the first two days a loud. alarm went on intermittently (including during sleeping hours).. It stopped after the first two days. The location was perfect for our group.

Nice modern finishes inside and convenient location

We had a great stay here. The owner, Rebecca, was very accessible via text and she was very accommodating for our request for a later checkout time. It was nice to have a lockbox for the key outside that anyone in our party could access at anytime. The house is furnished nicely with modern furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bedding felt like upscale hotel linens. A few of the towels had some small orange stains on them, but they were just small stains, everything was clearly freshly laundered. There was a nice coffee maker that grinds whole beans fresh, so we had a great cup of coffee in the morning because coffee beans were included. The location was great. It was less than a 15 minute walk to Meeting Street and King Street for shopping and bars. It was also easy to get an Uber or Lyft anywhere when we didn’t feel like walking.
