The house was exceptional & so clean! It looked exactly like the Vrbo photos, and even better. Our hosts were amazing - they responded to our questions quickly, very nice, friendly & accessible. Miki and husband Chuck moved to the Charleston area 15 years ago. We both thoroughly enjoy spending time downtown and around the Charleston area.

Chuck is originally from Florida and Miki from West Virginia. Prior to moving to Charleston, they spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area. Miki in the health care marketing and management industry and Chuck in the printing and marketing solutions industry. Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Metro area and the colder weather, we chose Charleston!

Since moving here we have been involved with restoring , renovating and managing downtown properties.

We love walking around the city looking at the various architecture designs of historical buildings, eating at the amazing restaurants, or taking in a festival or special event. On warm days you can find us on our boat with our two sons Ryan and Alec or at the beach. And of course, there are the Citadel football and basketball games. which we can't miss since Chuck is a Citadel alumni.
