(SPECIAL MONTHLY RATE: Price includes 2 people.)
The rental is not the entire home...Just one private master bedroom complete with W/D and Shower. I live in the other Master Bedroom on the other end of the trailer. Friendly dog (Lab mix)is part of the fun also.
Perfect for Hard Rock construction employees and for fisherman going out with Guides near Alberta Creek or Catfish Bay and people bringing their boat to fish Lake Texoma. I get several tournament anglers each year.
Two twin beds, private shower and W/D. Modest lodging but very Clean with friendly host! Use of kitchen to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. Fridge and chest freezer available for supplies.
Non Smoking inside. Outside OK. Quiet Neighborhood.
Grill and Fire Pit available.
I am 67 year old retired male that likes to fish.
Located One mile South of Alberta Creek Road.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Marty is a wonderful gentleman. Quiet out of the way location that makes for easy access to the east end of the lake and the marinas that my guide fished out of. For the price you get even more than you pay for.

Was in the area for work. Accomodations were very affordable, clean and comfortable. Was able to bring my boat and get some relaxing fishing in after work. Marty is an friendly host. Thank you for sharing your home.

What a great stay

Marty (and Mama) were great. Great place to stay while fishing Texoma. Marty was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back, actually we cant wait to go back.

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay. If I'm ever in the area again, I would most definitely attempt to book this property first. The owner is friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area and lake. The home is very clean and property is well kept!

Great Accommodations near Alberta Creek Marina (Lake Texoma)

Marty was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions about the area (including the Lake Texoma Fishing Report) before arrival. He opened his home to us and provided warm beds, hot showers, as well as hot coffee each morning. Upon our arrival he gave us a tour of Wichita Point (for mountain biking) and Alberta Creek Marina (for fishing). We were able to relax and unwind each evening within his screened-in porch. He allowed us to make a campfire in his fire ring one evening as well. Marty even took my son catfishing to one of his favorite fishing spots. While we were there to take a guided striped bass fishing trip...Marty made the stay more memorable with his hospitality. We will definitely be back for some more fishing adventures in the future.

OUTSTANDINGX1000!!!

I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve had by far with a vacation rental! The owner, Marty went well above and beyond anything expected! Accommodating doesn’t even begin to describe level of excellence that’s was provided to me by the owner!! Not only was he outside to greet me when I arrived, he assisted me in unpacking my truck and bringing in my things! In addition to this, He also played the role of guide and showed me places in the lake to go fishing AND went fishing with me!! It a was a great week and he is an amazing person and now a friend! I highly recommend this to anyone! The place is clean, organized and very very comfortable! 👍👍👍👍

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Had our own bedroom/2 beds and bath room/2 sinks, but shared the kitchen and living room with owner as he lives there also. He was very accommodating and offered everything in the kitchen for our use. Never felt uneasy with owner. Will be staying there again.
