House was clean, but has an ant and small roach problem. Not much in the way of cooking and eating utensils. Did like the washer and dryer. Nice little Waterpark across the street that is well kept. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

Small but Clean

We came to town to visit my daughter and newborn baby. The location is convenient to Albertsons Grocery, can walk downtown to Main St and there is a cute park across the street. The unit was clean but very small. Both bedrooms are upstairs, but not a problem for us, may be for others. The bathroom upstairs has no mirror, I would suggest one. We did not find a coffee pot in the kitchen, I would suggest one. It is close to train tracks so you can hear trains at night, if you are a light sleeper. Overall, it fit our needs and we would recommend it and would stay again.
