We purchased this home because of the great location and it being on 2 private acres- yet so close to anything you could possibly want to do in Nashville. We own a couple of other homes too and enjoy meeting new people that stay in our places.

Why they chose this property

This home is on 2 private acres but yet near everything - GREAT LOCATION! 3 Bedrooms with 2 full baths ALL RE-DONE. Covered front & back decks - great spots to relax after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee watching the wildlife.

What makes this property unique

We have kayak's and canoe for our guest to use during their stay being we are near the lakes. (if they are available) There is a lot of wildlife - please don't disturb them but feel free to enjoy watching them on the property.
