This convenient, family and dog-friendly two bedroom condo was recently updated with new bedding, new furniture and a flat screen TV in the living area & master bedroom. It is located in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, just minutes from Coligny Plaza shops, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park, restaurants and beaches. Come relax and stay in a light, bright villa with lots of extras provided for your convenience. There are no stairs in or leading to the unit and parking is just outside the front door, making it a great choice for families or retirees. Keep up with work if needed or check e-mail with the high-speed wireless internet connection. You are just minutes from the beach, steps from Hilton Head’s great bike paths and Van Der Meer Tennis Center and a short drive to terrific shopping and dining.

Because the villa is also our vacation home, we’ve paid special attention to detail and equipped it with many family-friendly items to make your vacation easier as well. We treat it as a place to get away, not just a rental property. We’ve provided a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach toys and a couple of chairs so you don’t have to bring them. For those traveling with kids there’s a Pack N Play, a booster seat with tray, one set of bed rails, a step-stool in the bathroom, night lights, kid cups, plates and utensils.

The entry way features a great storage/organizational unit for your shoes, sports equipment, beach towels, jackets, etc. The family room has an upgraded queen sleeper sofa and large coffee table perfect for playing board games. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, coffee maker with automatic timer, a spacious pantry and a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two spacious closets, flat-screen TV and a private bath. Down the hall is the 2nd bedroom which has twin beds with new mattresses, large closet and a Smart TV. The guest bath is a full-size bath just outside the 2nd bedroom. There is a small patio with natural landscaping providing a little extra privacy and a good spot to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.

The villa is an end-unit located in the Island House complex in the South Forest Beach area. The complex has its own large, private fenced-in pool and a bike storage rack for bike rentals. The beach is a little over a block away down the bike/walking path located right outside the entrance to the complex. If you enjoy tennis, the Van Der Meer Tennis Center is located just behind our complex and offers lessons and clinics. Hilton Head has beautiful wide beaches, miles of bike paths, great golf courses, nature preserves and trails, horseback riding, fishing and much more. The island has a lot to offer in the off-season as well - a temperate climate, shopping, theater and music productions, a wine festival, biking, golfing, jogging and tennis. Fly in and out of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport if needed - it's just 45 minutes away.
