- No smoking, vaping, etc on the premises.
- No third-party rentals.
- Renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- No glitter, dye, or confetti.

This place was perfect for our needs! You could walk to the beach, take your dog everywhere and they even had a crate and food bowls for our pup. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful stay last weekend. This was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in in a long time. Everything felt incredibly thoughtful, from the coffee pods and little soaps to all the small details throughout the space.The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a VRBO, which made the stay even better. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

“Sea n Shade” is a wonderful place! Everything was just as listed. Conveniently located to everything and just a very short walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were super friendly. Clean and very well appointed and stocked. Communication with the hosts Pam and Paul is very easy.
