Chelan Escape is a beautifully, newly remodeled and redecorated 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at the centrally located Park Pointe Resort.  This spacious floor plan sleeps up to 6 comfortably.  Guests will love the added space off the ground floor patio to relax and take in the views of the spectacular Lake Chelan valley.

Soak up the sun at the Park Pointe pool and spa. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) When you are ready to explore, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch, the iconic Lakeview Drive-in and historic downtown Chelan for restaurants, shopping and more! Chelan Escape is the perfect Lake Chelan vacation rental to enjoy all the valley has to offer.

We rented this for our annual couple's getaway and had a fantastic time. The unit was very clean, spacious and convenient for us to walk into town. It was a super hot weekend and the AC kept us nice and cool. We will definitely rent this place again in the future.

Overall we really enjoyed the property! Would definitely stay again. Kids slept on the futon and adults had the two bedrooms. We definitely needed the 2 bathrooms with 6 people. Kids loved the pool, which was nice because the lake was so busy. A little too far of a walk up/down hill to the lake for grandparents, but there was a small lake view. We recieved a cute welcome gift upon arrival! A couple small maintenance issues to fix but nothing major. Our only complaint was that parking passes were not included. We placed a call which was returned within the hour and they let us us it shouldn't be an issue, luckily it wasn't.

I want to emphasize this particular property is in a beautiful location and had undergone a nice remodel which modernized all aspects of the house … Our family would definitely stay here again. That being said, I gave an overall score of 4 for two reasons: 1. there were no spices or condiments in the house except for vinegar and flour and 2. There was literally 1 towel per person in the unit for our 5 day stay. The listing states bring towels for the BEACH, which we never intended to go to, but we thought there’d be at least a towel for you to shower with and one for the pool, per person. When we asked for extra towels, the property management company denied our request, saying there were enough towels left at the property for the number of guests.

Nice but lacking cozy

Great location in Lake Chelan. We enjoyed our stay, but felt disappointed about the overall welcoming and cozy personality to the condo. If you want to cozy up at night or want an extra blanket for bedding, there isn’t one to be found. I travel frequently and stay at VRBO’s. I can’t recall a time when there are no extra throws or blankets available to guests. The condo is mediocre style; bland in furnishings, lousy coffee maker, no Kleenex in bathrooms and the vent in the ceiling literally fell out of the ceiling and woke us up on our first night! Two coffee mugs only, so bring extra if you want tea or coffee for more than two. Tiny tubes or shampoo/conditioner, body wash- bring your own. Nice enough, but pricey for the lack of accommodations to guests. Meh- good location but nothing to rave about.

A little disappointed

Overall the location and amenities outside of the condo were amazing. The pool area is clean and hot tub was great. When we first arrived to the condo, we went to take a shower in the guest bathroom. We instantly realized the shower was broken. Someone had to be aware of this because the piece broken was placed in a drawer in the bathroom. I emailed right away and we NEVER heard a word back about it. They didn’t even reply at check out when I wrote them about this. Paying a good amount of money for this condo, there should have been some reimbursement considering there wasn’t 2 bathrooms like stated. We all had to shower in one bathroom the entire stay. We also ended up having to buy our own hand towels for the kitchen because there was about 2 total. Bring towels if you are staying here and don’t want to do laundry the whole time. Had we have not brought our own beach towels, it would have been the same for large towels also. There is about 4 of those towels total too. The condo was clean and that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about the condo itself.

Excellent place for a family vacation

This is a great place for a family vacation. It's clean, comfortable, with great views of the lake. We loved playing the games they have in the living room. The location is great. Only minutes from the lake. There is a bakery shop at the bottom of the hill that serves delicious items for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I have is to provide more stocks for shampoo and body wash. For a family of 6 staying for 3 nights, it's hardly enough. We just bought some more from the nearby Safeway.
