Welcome to Vineyard Vista!

Our home is perfectly situated for a family getaway or a fun trip with friends. This 3 bedroom, 2½ bathroom home can sleep up to 8 people in beds. Vineyard Vista is centrally located to all of the amenities The Lookout has to offer. This home features a spacious wraparound porch steps away from Vineyard Park, a beautiful and expansive park running the length of the Vineyard District.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by an open main floor with beautiful hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, quartz countertops, a gas range/oven, a dishwasher, a wine bar, counter seating for 3, and a farmhouse dining table that seats 7. The open living room has a comfy sectional, armchair, and gas fireplace. We have a wall-mounted Smart TV with all the apps you need to watch your favorite shows and a Blu-ray player. There is a powder room on this floor and a coat closet containing pool/hot tub towels, a cooler bag, beach bags, and a highchair for use during your stay.

There are two doors that open onto a wide, covered, wrap-around porch with cozy seating and a dining table. The backyard boasts a BBQ, 6 personal hot tub, a gas fire pit, and Adirondack chairs which make for a perfect evening after a day on the lake.

The upper level of the home features a large master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser drawers, and a closet. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The third bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed, great for children and adults. This bunkroom has storage for all of your things and an Xbox One console with a selection of games. Each bedroom comes complete with its own wall-mounted Smart TV. These 2 bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry closet is also located upstairs for your convenience; here you will find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum.

We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay at “Vineyard Vista” as comfortable as possible. Additional amenities include; board games, a selection of movies and books, hair dryers in each bathroom, cable service, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Successful girls' trip

This property was better than we could imagine. The house had everything we needed. We drank coffee on the porch each morning enjoying the wonderful view. Each evening we were in the hot tub and warmed up by the fire table. I would definitely recommend this house or any other house in this community. I'm looking forward to visiting Chelan again soon.

We have stayed in several different homes at the Lookout and this is a favorite! Loved the back porch, the front porch. The ONLY downside to this home is it only has basic cable. We are so used to DirectTV or Xfinity in homes. We came over Labor Day weekend and were pumped to watch College Football in the evenings. Fantastic home we will book again!

Reasons: perfect size for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids 7 and 9, although eight would have felt a bit crowded. It is about halfway between the two pools, not far to the Cove pick up point, and the grassy area in front is perfect for frisbee, soccer, badminton, etc. The sun is off the back of the house by lunchtime and a great place to sit out of the hot sun or watch kids playing later in the pm. The front area is cool in the morning and the hot tub and fire pit are fun for evening smores and relaxing. The house has everything we needed other than an oven glove! Clean, uncluttered, little for kids to knock or break. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of pool towels. We had excellent service from the Lookout when we needed special accommodation down to the Cove for an older person. Renting watercraft was easy and very convenient. Overall a great place to stay!

Delightful time spent on the porch catching up as a group and 1:1 as well as interacting with neighbors. Great meals created in the stocked kitchen and enjoyed inside and the perfect dining table outside. The hot tub created more fun times as did the fire pit. Support from the Lookout Service Crew was awesome. The only thing we wanted was more vacation time. :-)

This property is in the perfect location. Nestled in between both pools and short work to the top of the hill to catch the shuttle down to the lake front. Remember cash to tip these hard workers driving you up and down all day long. The property had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Our favorite time was spent out on the wrap around porch having morning coffees or evening drinks. Even eating dinners at the table on the porch was memorable. The views are amazing and we will definitely be back.

A week in Chelan paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vineyard Vista was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation to Chelan. The home was very clean, well stocked, great location (in between both pools so you could take your pick!), and well maintained. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the porch and my kids loved having the grassy area in front to run around on. We also got to meet some nice dogs as they came strolling by with their owners. The home was outfitted for most of what we needed - towels for the pool, Keurig coffee (and regular coffee maker), various kitchen items. The beds are all very firm so something to note if you prefer a more plush sleeping experience. The only downside of this home was there was something going on with the AC when we were there and the fan upstairs was blasting and sounded like a jet engine. To be fair, it was over 100 degrees while we were there so AC may have been working overtime, but it was loud enough to disrupt our sleep and cause us to be pretty chilled at night looking for extra blankets with the AC blasting straight on us all night. We did call maintenance to come take a look but it wasn't fixed while we were there (hopefully it's been fixed now!). There was a pretty significant temperature difference from downstairs (comfortable temp) to upstairs (freezing).
