Excellent week

We had a superb stay. It was the first time we'd been to that part of France. The gîte was lovely, well equipped and full of character. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and garden. They would have been happy with 7 days of swimming and table tennis. We did end up hanging out by the pool at some point every day. The area is very picturesque and there's plenty to see and do nearby, if you've got a car. We had a few trips to Lac Pardoux to go paddleboarding and swimming. Lovely roads for cycling as long as you don't mind a few hills. The owners were really friendly and went above and beyond. We felt really welcome and at home which allowed us to really relax. We were all sad to have to leave. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Location et cadre très sympathique

Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une location très propre, manque de rien, avec un panier gourmand à notre arrivée. Piscine très propre et chauffée, grand parc, table de ping-pong, trampoline. Rien à redire. Petit bémol, les pièces de cette location sont un peu sombre. Manque de lumière extérieur.

Le gîte est plein de charme, en pleine nature et idéalement situé pour de longues promenades.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Louise et James ont également contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment très agréable.

Jolie région

Bonjour, Nous avons passé deux semaines en aout dans le gite les Arbres. A savoir : le gite est au rez de chaussée (assez sombre) et un autre gite est au dessus de nous (on entend donc les bruits de pas et de voix). Cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé mais c'est important de le savoir. La terrasse du gite donne sur le parking du gite donc c'est dommage pour la vue. Le gite est bien décoré, vous avez des jeux pr les enfants, une cuisine bien équipée, la piscine et le jardin est très agréable, plein de jeux d'extérieur également. Louise et James sont très accueillants (serviables et discrets). Le gite est situé a 20 min du lac saint Pardoux qui offre plein d activités.

Wonderful accommodation in a beautiful place

We spent three nights in Les Arbres and it was wonderful. The accommodation had everything you could want and we were extremely comfortable. The kids loved the big garden and pool and we loved the peace and tranquility and the gorgeous scenery. The only downside was that you can hear everything that goes on in the apartment above, as there are only floorboards between you. We got used to it after a while but at first it was quite annoying. However, we had a wonderful stay and James and Louise were great hosts.

Séjour de repos dans le Limousin.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le gite "Les Ormes" de Louise. Nous souhaitions nous reposer et cela a été le cas, car ce gite est situé dans un hameau calme au milieu d'une zone boisée.propice à la randonnée. Louise a su conserver le caractère authentique de cette demeure en y intégrant la modernité; (petit hic cependant, une WIFI défaillante). La décoration et l'aménagement sont de bonne facture. La piscine chauffée est un plus. Louise et son mari sont courtois, discrets et réactifs à la moindre demande. Leur accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Saint Sylvestre et y retournerons avec plaisir à l'occasion .

The property was very nice and had lots of French character. All the amenities in a lovely quiet par

Louise and James made us very welcome with their kind and friendly approach. We enjoyed two weeks of relaxation and lovely walks around the lakes. It is an ideal location to explore the Limoges area.

Super we de la Pentecôte à Grandmont Gîte

Nous venons de passer un super séjour dans ce Gite. Nous avons loué les deux gîtes "les arbres et les fleurs", Louise et James sont super et tres soucieux du bien être de leur hôtes. L'espace piscine avec tres grand jardin est top ( partie de foot avec amis enfants ). Les gîtes sont propres avec beaucoup de charme. Nous reviendrons avec amis et enfants pour louer cette fois les 3 gîtes ! Merci à Louise et James pour leur bienveillance et leur gentillesse.
