The Funkie Lil’ Shack is a large licensed 6-bedroom vacation home in Lake Geneva overlooking peaceful Lake Como and Geneva National on 85 feet of your own lakeshore.
Our bedrooms provide plenty of space for you and your guests with two bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms on the second floor. Additional queen size sofa bed on the second floor and two additional twin size fold down couches in two of the bedrooms.
Experience everything Lake Como offers with your own private pier for your boat or kayaks, ladders to get into/out of the lake and outside lawn furniture including a swing. Contact your host for information on boat rentals on Lake Como.
Bring your swimming trunks and water shoes (Lake Como is a shallow soft bottom lake). The lake is only 10 feet at its deepest spot so the lake remains calm making it perfect for lounging, water skiing and tubing.
You can even try your hand at catching some of the best tasting bass in Wisconsin.
When you’re done fishing, a gas grill and fire pit with firewood is located on the property to grill your catch or cook your favorite meal on grill.
First Floor Amenities
The first floor includes a spacious great room, game room with pool table, two bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining area.
• Main Bathroom: Jack and Jill style handicap accessible bathroom with a large walk in shower and dual sinks.
• Bedrooms: Includes queen size comfortable beds, closets and dressers.
• Great Area: Vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, Smart television with DVD/VCR attached and additional HDMI cables to hook up your favorite gaming system. Cable is included. A large couch and additional sitting areas that faces out to your private lake view.
• Dining Area: Has a formal table with 8 chairs. An additional table with 6 chairs is available for large gatherings.
• Kitchen: Includes dual ovens and an electric stove top, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Being an Italian house, the kitchen has a wonderful selection of herbs & spices, pots, pans, coffee maker, crock pot and everything you need to make this house smell like your own Casa.
• Half Bath: Located off the kitchen in the mud room
• Mud Room: A washer and dryer and easy access to your deck where you can enjoy dinner and a glass of your favorite beverage overlooking the lake.
• Pool Table Room: Has a café style table with chairs to engage in some wonderful bird watching and catch a glimpse of some interesting and usual birds.
Second Floor Amenities
The second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• Bedrooms: Three bedrooms come with queen beds. One bedroom comes with a full and two twin beds.
• Optional Sleeping Area: If additional sleeping space is needed, a pull-out couch opening to a queen bed is in the loft area.
• Bathrooms: One bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower (showcased in magazines). The other bathroom has a bath and shower.

Other Information and Amenities
• Two pull down couches in two of the bedrooms for extra sleeping space.
Comes with WiFi and central air/heat.
• The house has upgraded windows, carpet and solid flooring.
• Parking space for five cars and additional parking a short walk away.
• Located on the South West corner of Lake Como down a private secluded drive.
• The hosts, Pauline and Dan, reside a short distance away in Lake Geneva and are available to assist you.

So, you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful area, a 4-night minimum stay is required from June - September and a 3-night minimum stay is required for the other months.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older. No bachelor or bachelorette parties - this is a home for rest and relaxation time on the lake.
