Good for a sleepy place. Lots of bedrooms and beds to fit many in an expensive area for vacationing. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the open layout. Bathrooms were limited with not enough towels or TP or trash cans in some bathrooms to make it a weekend. Overall, I was disappointed in the extra charges for extra guests. If the house sleeps 12 and we have 12 people, that should be included. The monitoring of the outside cameras and charging for the two girls who last minute could make it the second night seemed over the top and just for the money.

We are sorry you were disappointed. We do want to clarify that had we been made aware that there would be extra guests, including additional adults beyond the original reservation, we would have made sure the bathrooms were appropriately stocked with additional towels and toilet paper. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the full number of guests in advance. Our guest policy and additional guest charges are clearly outlined in the listing, and we also provided a discounted rate for the additional guests. We simply ask that guests communicate any changes to their reservation so that we can properly prepare the home for their stay.

Maureen’s house was amazing for our stay. Spacious with a great deck and fire pit to enjoy outside time. A short walk to a small beach and multiple bar/restaurants. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for our group of 8 during our golf trip. Would absolutely stay here again if coming back to Lake Geneva

My family had such a wonderful experience staying here! We loved it so much that we’re already talking about planning another trip back. The home is spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for large groups without ever feeling crowded. There are plenty of cozy common areas to relax in, and our favorite spot was definitely the expansive wrap-around deck! The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from PaPa’s for an easy drink or lunch. Highly recommend — 10/10 stay!

Great stay!

We had a group friends for the weekend and it was perfect for us! Plenty of space to hang out and play board games and bedrooms separate enough for the early birds to go to bed. Nice walk around the neighborhood on the lake front and couple restaurant/bars within walking distance. There is also Sugar Shack a 5 min drive that was an unexpected plus! ;) Would definitely recommend and stay again!
