This place is GREAT

This place is great. The interiour is modern and very tasteful. The room is separated in 2 sections, one for living-cooking and one for sleeping- very comfortable! WC is separated from shower, very comfortable, too. Most pleasant are the view to the sea and the large patio/balkony, simply unforgettable. Parking situation is easy and the kind concierge Marie-Clare completes the very positive experience.The nice little centre-ville is close by feet, the beach is around the corner and endlessly beautiful. By the way: for teadrinkers: the propieter has an elegant teapot made of glass. We highly recommend this place.

Nous quittons avec regret le Nord et sa fraîcheur, qui ne nous a pas empêché d’avoir quelques belles journées ensoleillées où la promenade au bord de la mer était un régal. Depuis l’appartement, le balcon face à la mer nous a permis de savourer ce paysage somptueux, toujours renouvelé. Depuis 4 ans, ma femme et moi revenons dans ce magnifique appartement, très bien situé, et très confortable. Les contacts avec le propriétaire et avec la concierge sont excellents.

Appartement moderne et cosy, très confortable, jolie décoration, très bien équipé, propreté impeccable et une situation remarquable face à la mer : terrasse, table, sièges et transat pour profiter au maximum de la vue. Des produits de courtoisie sont à disposition en cas de necessité.L’appartement est traversant et ouvre sur une large baie.L’immeuble est de standing , calme et l’accueil, à l’arrivée, était ponctuel et très souriant. Très bien placé et équipé. Une remarque cependant : le manque de rangements. En effet : - dans la chambre il apparaît un grand meuble de rangement sur la photo de présentation ; or, seule une petite porte était ouverte, les autres étant verrouillées, et le portant à roulette calé derrière la porte pour compenser cela n'est ni pratique, ni suffisant. Ce point devrait être précisé dans l'annonce. - dans la cuisine, l'espace de rangement des produits secs était complètement occupé par les produits des propriétaires (nous avons donc déplacé ses produits dans un placard du couloir,

Magnifique appartement dans un magnifique environnement

Nous connaissons déjà Hardelot et nous y revenons tous les ans, car c'est une jolie station familiale à taille humaine . Nous avons déjà séjourné dans un immeuble voisin en front de mer et nous trouvons que l'emplacement est magnifique. La plage très propre est à deux pas, elle est moins fréquentée que vers le centre ou l'extrémité nord de la promenade. L'appartement vient d'être complètement refait avec des finitions et des équipements de qualité. La décoration, sobre, nous a beaucoup plu. L'ensemble dégage une grande impression d'harmonie. Nous étions deux, mais nous aurions pu être 4 sans problème. La communication avec le propriétaire et la gardienne était parfaite. Nous reviendrons probablement.
