On enclosed grounds of 800 m2: pleasant and bright, south and west bays, 2 large wooden terraces, no vis-à-vis. Beautiful well equipped fitted kitchen + scullery. Large living room, flat screen TV, Internet. 1 bedroom on the ground floor + dressing room and bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms + mezzanine + terrace + bathroom + WC. 8/9 beds. Ping pong table. Back kitchen with shower when arriving from the beach.

Modern Well Equipped Family Property

Our stay here over Christmas was superb, we met the hosts & they fully showed us around the property & explained all the amenities this home had to offer, which included electronic gates & shutters, digital heating controls & of course the fantastic log burner, to which they gifted us a bunch of logs & firelighters to get us going. The hosts were kind enough to also take the time to show us local sights on the map a write them down for us a nice personal touch. It was our first time visiting Brittany so we really appreciated that. The property's location is near Matignon this was only a few minutes away where the small town had everything to offer with the best supermarket experience too. I would highly recommend this property to others, the kindness of the hosts was especially appreciated. Until the next time.

Séjour idyllique à Saint-Cast

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Martine et Philippe. La maison est très bien conçue et bien équipée. Nous n'étions que 2, mais elle peut accueillir 6 personnes sans problème. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable quand le soleil est là. Le gîte se situe dans un quartier très calme tandis que la partie commerciale de la ville est à 3 minutes en voiture. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous garer pendant cette semaine du 01/05. Pour les sportifs, les trajets peuvent se faire facilement à vélo (généreusement mis à disposition des locataires). La petite ville est très sympathique et il y a de très belles promenades à faire au départ du gîte. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Vollausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Sackgasse

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Orte wie St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard usw. kann man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30-60 min einen Besuch abstatten. Den Strand kann man fußläufig erkunden und den Super U Supermarkt in Matignon kann man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen.

On a passé de super vacances. Les alentours absolument à voir mais aussi la ville Saint Cast le Guildo nous a beaucoup plus, avec sa petite zone piétonne et petit port avec ses restaurants. Le soir, après une journée remplie de beaux souvenirs, nous sommes rentrés dans cette belle maison moderne, très bien équipée et lumineuse. Avec son jardin très soigné et qui était très important pour notre chien, un grand terrain très bien clôturé. Des vacances parfaites. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. Superbe location, très bien située, au calme, à un peu plus de 10 mn à pied de la plage de Pen Guen. Accueil très agréable par les propriétaires qui nous ont confié leur très belle location, lumineuse, avec de grandes pièces (dont une chambre à l'étage avec un solarium !). Tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur au niveau électroménager, vaisselle, ainsi que des jeux, de la lecture, une table de ping pong, du matériel pour la pêche à pied ... Terrain plat et arboré très agréable. La région est splendide, nombreuses balades à faire, départ à pied de la maison ou en voiture. Location à recommander sans hésiter !
